Chalet fleurs
From the moment we arrived at the chalet we were made to feel like it was a home from home. Having travelled for a few days to get to the chalet we were delighted that we could arrive earlier than expected and to such a warm welcome, the chalet has ample room for me and my family with the added bonus of a hot tub and sauna which we used most days. When not up in the mountains enjoying what Chamonix has to offer or out in the evenings enjoying the amazing food, we did have a few nights in at the chalet and the lounge is a perfect setting for this to get all cosy and watch a film after cooking a nice meal in the fully equipped kitchen. The chalet was a steal at what we paid and we were blown away with the level of customer service we received from Chamonix All Year they really do go above and beyond and have an eye for details to ensure your love your Chamonix holiday as much as they love Chamonix. We were very sad to leave but have already booked to come back and stay in 2018 and we very much look forward to that warm greeting we got next year.

Family Holiday
Due to our inital booking being sold by the owner, we had to take alternative accomodation 2 months prior to our arrival and this was the only chalet available to accomodate our group. However, the Chalet is well situated in the town centre being very local for the supermarket, bars, shops and the PlanPraz cable car and although in the centre of town it is also suprisingly quiet too. The decking at the front was well used by the group enjoying breakfast and lunch times eating outside and also a wonderful place for our 2 year old grandson to play; the views of the alps sitting eating lunch were wonderful too.Although there are bedrooms to comfortably accomdate eight people, the seating areas in the lounge only really accomodate four people, which at the end of a long day walking having to sit on the wooden table seats instead of the comfortable seats wasn't the best; we had to keep taking turns swapping. We didn't really do any cooking in the kitchen as we felt that it was too small to make meals for eight people, but more skilled cooks may not find that a problem. However, it is ample for breakfasts and easy lunches. We didn't use the sauna, but it looked very nice and clean and we did try the hot tub twice, but couldn't get it to actually feel 'hot'The chalet was clean, the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were good and a downstairs toilet was very useful. The chalet is a little tired but when you are only there for a week and not spending too much time inside you don't really notice. All in all we had a lovely week and would definitely use the chalet again.

Misleading pictures and a lack of care
The chalet was a good size although the layout was not as expected. The online photos were misleading in terms of condition and the property is a little tired and in need of repair.CAY staff should also do a better job of checking the property between lets to ensure everything works as intended.

Lovely chalet in great location
Chalet des fleurs is located right in the middle of chamonix with fantastic access to buses and local lifts. Chamonix all year provided fantastic service and were incredibly helpful. A couple of things went wrong in the flat during our stay but they were minor and easily sorted out either by us or the chalet team. Otherwise the chalet itself is beautiful and spacious. We were very comfortable and loved the kitchen to eat in most nights. The open plan living room and dining room made it a great place to sit and hang out and the fire gives a cozy feel to the chalet. Unfortunately we couldn't get the sauna to work but the hottub is brilliant!

Great central location
A lovely chalet right in the centre of Chanonix with sauna and hot tub yo south away the exercise of the day it worked really well for a young family. The supermarket on the doorstep made little and often shopping easy too. The team at CAY were excellent and went out of their way to make our stay a success.

Fabulous Easter Break!
Thank you to the chamonix all year team for your swift and professional arrangement of our chalet. The chalet was perfect for our needs and right in the town centre with everything within easy walking distance. With a very mixed skill group it worked well being close to the nursery slopes (3 minute walking with skies) at Savoy which linked to cable car for brevent for the more experienced skiers, and also only a three minute walk to the bus stop for all other ski areas including the chamonix express to Le Tour.A frequent visitor to chamonix and a lover of the chalet 'home from home' environment this ticked all our boxes with the added bonus of a jacuzzi which is usually reserved for more rural properties. Thanks especially to Nick for being always available to answer any queries and diva requests!- your the best! See you all next season!

We were very pleased to see you back again for another stay with us and to help you organise all the different aspects of your stay (ski hire, lift passes, lessons etc.). We are delighted to hear that the chalet proved to be such a good base for your stay with its central location and luxurious facilities like the hot tub, and we hope to see you back with us again soon!

Great location literally in the centre of the town - 30 seconds to main high street. Great views with hot tub in the courtyard. Property management were very helpful and responsive. Chalet is a little old fashioned in decor but has all modern amenities.
