About your accommodation
L'Androsace Apartment is an extremely spacious 3 bedroom apartment sleeping 6-8 in a superb location in Argentière village, just a short walk to the Grands Montets ski lift. This apartment in Chamonix valley's popular Argentière resort boasts a large open plan living space with rustic log fire, with a large balcony and outdoor heated swimming pool, open in July & August. L'Androsace Apartment has two double bedrooms and a third bedroom with four bunkbeds, plus two bathrooms and an additional separate WC. In the living room is a flatscreen TV with French TV channels and a DVD player with DVDs. There is also an open garage for your use with this Chamonix apartment.

L'Androsace Apartment is situated in the heart of Argentière, a popular village of Chamonix valley, and home to the famous Grands Montets ski area which can be accessed on foot, just 5 minutes' walk from the Chamonix apartment. The main bus line stops on the main road just a couple of minutes from the apartment, and in less than 5 minutes you are in the heart of Argentière where you'll find restaurants, supermarket and bars.

Normal check-in time is from 5pm to 9pm.
Normal check-out time is by 10am.
Flexible check-in / check-out times
If these times don’t suit your holiday arrangements, you can book our flexible early check-in / late check-out service (subject to availability). This must be booked with us in advance, and may be subject to a fee of €25 for apartments and €50 for chalets so that we can prepare the property in time.
Late check-in after hours
If you need to check-in after 9pm this may be subject to a €30 late check-in fee, or €50 late check-in fee if you’re arriving after midnight, which must be paid on arrival at your Chamonix Accommodation.
Travel cots & high chairs / booster seats can be hired through us for £35 to include cot mattress, bed linen and a towel. You can add this to your booking at the time of booking.
Pets are unfortunately not allowed at this property.
- One set of bed linen and towels is provided at your accommodation for your stay.
- If you are staying for 2 weeks or more you will have a mid-stay linen change. Mid-stay cleaning can also be added at an extra charge - speak to the Resort Team or book on our Resort Shop.
- Tourist guest cards will be given to you on arrival to give you free travel on the local train and buses and more.
- End of stay cleaning is included at your accommodation, but we do expect you to follow our check out instructions on departure. If you prefer you can book an additional cleaning service.

Additional Accommodation Details
The pool is open and heated in the summer months of July & August.
Once you have booked your holiday with us, our Resort Team is happy to help you book any extra services you need for your stay (see above). However on arrival, you will be met by our property management partners and we will put you in contact with them once your holiday is confirmed (final balance is paid).
The host was very informative from the beginning and helpful. We loved the apartment and it fit 8 people with ease. Kitchen well-equipped and very warm central heating and good hot water supply! Good walking distance to Argentiere too. Chris - one of the hosts - was also very responsive, which is super useful for guests! Good sized kitchen and dining table and the views were splendid. Parking was also not an issue despite there being 3 cars. Felt like a very useful location and pretty safe too. A great experience. Highly recommend the place and also appreciated the very kind generosity of our hosts in letting us check out later.

4/5 - Our ski holiday with Chamonix All Year was perfect! Booking was easy, quick and efficient. When we arrived, we were immediately met at our accomodation to explain everything and chamonix all year arranged our skipasses for us that same evening, that was really handy the next morning. The apartment was as expected from the photos and we had a great holiday!!!! Next year we are certainly coming back :-)))!!!!
5/5 - All 8 of us had a bed with no-one having to sleep on a sofa bed so the living space was exactly that. The apartment was clean and light. Sufficient kitchen utensils if cooking and eating in. The balcony getting sun most of the day was a bonus. If you don't have a vehicle, the ski bus stop, shops, bars and even the lift for skiing at Grand Montets are all within walking distance. Le Tour is approx 5 minutes by car and Chamonix town is about 10 minutes.
Androsace 1 is lovely, clean and quiet apartment even we have a bit of walk to bus stop or train station every morning esp with ski and board. Convenience to shops and restaurants. Very functional kitchen and dining area. Our family had a good family bonding time during the stay.
