About your accommodation
Just off the pedestrianised main street, this duplex Chamonix apartment has an open plan kitchen, dining and living room, complete with table, chairs and corner sofa. There is a smart TV with French channels and access to Netflix.The kitchen is very well equipped with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and Nespresso coffee machine. Le Panoramic Mont Blanc apartment lives up to its name with its two sunny balconies which lead off the living room, the first is south-east facing and has table, chairs and electric BBQ, so is perfect for breakfast and dinner in the sunshine. The second balcony has a lounging area and is south-west facing so perfect for catching the evening sunshine overlooking the Mont Blanc massif.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and is next to the main bathroom which has a toilet, sink, bath and shower, there is also a washing machine. The second bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. Upstairs, the second bedroom can be made up as a twin or king bed and the third bedroom has two single beds plus a built in bunk bed that provides two cabin style full sized beds that are perfect for teenagers or adults. This room also has a sink in it for that midnight glass of water! The high ceilings upstairs with Velux windows make these rooms feel spacious and airy.

Location & Map
This Chamonix apartment is located in the heart of Chamonix's town centre, just 1 minute from the main high street for access to all the shops, restaurants and bars, and just over the road from Le Savoy ski slope where there is a drag lift access to the Brevent /Flegere ski area. Everything is within easy reach of Le Panoramic Mont Blanc apartment, which on the third floor benefits from spectacular views of Mont Blanc and overlooks the Maison de la Montagne from its two balconies.

Normal check-in time is from 5pm, if you are arriving after 10pm please let us know in advance.
Normal check-out time is by 10am.
Flexible check-in / check-out times
If these times don’t suit your holiday arrangements, you can book our flexible early check-in / late check-out service (subject to availability). This must be booked with us in advance, and may be subject to a fee of 40€ for apartments and 80€ for chalets so that we can prepare the property in time.
Travel cots & high chairs / booster seats can be hired through us for 35€ to include cot mattress, bed linen and a towel. You can add this to your booking at the time of booking.
- One set of bed linen and towels is provided at your accommodation for your stay.
- If you are staying for 2 weeks or more you will have a mid-stay linen change.
- Tourist guest cards will be left in the property for you on arrival to give you free travel on the local train and buses and more.
- End of stay cleaning is included at your accommodation, but we do expect you to follow our check out instructions on departure. If you prefer you can book an additional cleaning service.

Additional Accommodation Details
Pets are unfortunately not allowed at this property.
Bear in mind that the underground parking has restricted height of 2.2m, so we don't recommend coming with a large 4x4 or roof box. If your car is too tall for the car park, our Resort Team can advise on the closest free and payable parking options.
Bunk beds in third bedroom
These are only suitable for teenagers and adults without mobility problems due to the ladder access.
There are two chairs on the balcony which allow 8 guests to use the dining table altogether.
