The kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, oven/microwave combo, fridge-freezer, and wine fridge, so you have everything you need to cook up a lovely meal after a day full of adventures in the valley.
Depending on the weather during your Chamonix holidays, you can choose whether to eat at the dining table or enjoy an al fresco meal on the balcony taking in the stunning views.

The Chamonix valley sits at the foot of Mont Blanc in the heart of the French Alps, displaying glaciers and breathtaking views of the snow-capped mountains all around. Chamonix valley is ranked one of the top skiing and boarding resorts in the world and while Chamonix is famous for skiing in the winter, you may be surprised to hear that the summertime is just as popular - walking, hiking, rock climbing, paragliding, water rafting, mountain bike trails, even an 18 hole golf course! Travel cots & high chairs are available for infants for 45€ per stay, this includes a sheet and towel.

- If you are staying for 2 weeks or more you will have a mid-stay linen change.
- Tourist guest cards will be left in the property for you on arrival to give you discounted travel on the local train and buses and more.

Concordia 27 apartment is perfect if you like stepping out of the front door and into the hustle and bustle of Chamonix life. The apartment is located in the heart of the town centre, on the pedestrian high street, although remains quiet thanks to its set back position. The views overlooking the town and out towards the mountains are spectacular. The nearest corner shop is just on the other side of the street, and the larger supermarket is easy to reach at the other end of the high street approx. 400m away. It's less than 200m to the bus stop, or if you're skiing at Brevent, you can reach the drag life at Savoy in less than 10 minutes on foot.
