Green dates are possible arrival days. White dates are available. Grey dates are not available.

About your accommodation
The living room of Concordia apartment is open plan but cleverly divided into zones, so kids can "veg out" on the bean bag and in the cosy armchairs in front of the TV or playing on the Wii while the grown ups gather round the coffee table on the large comfortable sofas, sharing stories of the day's adventures. The kitchen is large and well-equipped with a dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, microwave and fridge freezer, so you have everything you need to cook up a storm for up to 8 people.
Depending on the weather during your Chamonix holidays, you can choose whether to eat at the dining table in the heart of the kitchen, or to enjoy an al fresco meal on the balcony to enjoy the stunning views.
Concordia apartment has 3 well-sized bedrooms to accommodate your group: the master bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has a flexible configuration of double bed or twin. The third bedroom is a well-sized quad bunk room, with its own balcony facing the peak of Brevent and the Planpraz cable car, so you can step out of bed and watch the parapenters flying on the thermals! This family apartment sleeps up to 6 adults plus 2 children very comfortably with a spectacular bunk bedroom.

Concordia apartment is perfect if you like stepping out of the front door and into the hustle and bustle of Chamonix life. The apartment is located in the heart of the town centre, on the pedestrian high street, and thanks to its elevated position on the 4th floor, you have great views overlooking the town and out towards the mountains. The nearest corner shop is just on the other side of the street, and the larger supermarket is easy to reach at the other end of the high street approx. 400m away. It's less than 200m to the bus stop, or if you're skiing at Brevent, you can reach the drag lift at Savoy in less than 10 minutes on foot.

Normal check-in time is from 5pm, if you are arriving after 10pm please let us know in advance.

Normal check-out time is by 10am.
Flexible check-in / check-out times
If these times don’t suit your holiday arrangements, you can book our flexible early check-in / late check-out service (subject to availability). This must be booked with us in advance, and may be subject to a fee of 40€ for apartments and 80€ for chalets so that we can prepare the property in time.
Children
Travel cots & high chairs can be hired through us for 35€ to include bed linen and a towel. You can add this to your booking at the time of booking.
What's included
- One set of bed linen and towels is provided at your accommodation for your stay.
- If you are staying for 2 weeks or more you will have a mid-stay linen change.
- Tourist guest cards will be left in the property for you on arrival to give you discounted travel on the local train and buses and more.
- End of stay cleaning is included at your accommodation, but we do expect you to follow our check out instructions on departure.

Additional Accommodation Details
Pets: Pets are unfortunately not allowed at this property.
Parking: We provide a free parking pass to the nearby public St Michel car park.
Bike storage: there is a communal bike storage room on the ground floor of the building where you can lock your bike up, or you can use the locked garage space.
Occupancy: Please note this family apartment only accepts a maximum of 6 adults. Up to 2 additional children are welcome, to a maximum capacity of 8 people.
EV Charging
There is EV Charging stations within the St Michel public car park that you have access to. These are available on a first come first served basis and payable as per any public charging station.
