We’re on hand from the moment you book to when you arrive in resort to answer any questions that you have and help you get organised for your stay.
Our Resort Team will also come to meet you on arrival to show you round and ensure that you’ve got all the information that you need to enjoy your stay in your home-from-home. We are on hand in-resort during your stay in the unlikely event that something goes wrong in one of our Chamonix rentals, to put it right as soon as possible.
We are also pleased to be able to offer holiday refund protection – if anything gets in the way of you being able to come to Chamonix and enjoy your holiday then you’ll be fully covered and refunded for all your accommodation costs including any transaction fees.

Don’t forget too that all our holidays include end of stay cleaning, bed linen and towels, so our Chamonix rentals are clean and ready to welcome you when you arrive in Chamonix and we just ask you to leave the property tidy on departure so we can get it ready for the next guests.

If we don’t have a partner nearby, they’ll come directly to our Chamonix rentals to deliver and fit your equipment in the comfort of your chalet or apartment.
In summer, the Resort Team can advise on the suitability of our popular water activities for everyone in your group. Kids will enjoy rafting on the rolling waters of the River Arve in Chamonix, while adrenaline seekers can try tackling the river with a hydrospeed, or heading to Italy to ride the rapids of Europe’s highest grade river, the Dora Baltea.
