About your accommodation
Situated in one of the best locations in Chamonix, with a south-facing balcony terrace and stunning views of Mont Blanc and overlooking the river Arve, Residence des Alpes 302 apartment is a very spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, right in the middle of Chamonix's pedestrian high street. This accommodation in Chamonix has a large living room with lounge seating around a log fire, plus a separate dining area with access to the balcony where there is an additional table and chairs. Residence des Alpes 302 apartment also has a well-equipped kitchen with full size oven, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer. There is a flatscreen TV and DVD player. The two spacious bedrooms can be made up as doubles or twin beds plus, there are two Z-beds (fold out single beds) and the sofa converts into 2 single beds allowing flexible sleeping arrangements for couples, families or groups of friends. There are two bathrooms, one with a bath, the other with a shower, there is a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is secure underground parking for one car plus a ski locker for storing your skis away from the apartment.

Residence des Alpes 302 apartment is found at an enviable location in the heart of the pedestrian high street, and still benefiting from secure underground parking and being accessible by car. Shops, restaurants and bars are all on your doorstep, while the main Chamonix centre bus stop is less than 200m away for easy, car-free access to the ski areas in winter as well as summer activities. The nearest ski slopes at Brevent can also be accessed on foot, via the Savoy nursery slopes which are an 8 minute walk away through the town centre. The nearest large supermarket is just 300m away.

Flexible check-in / check-out times
If these times don’t suit your holiday arrangements, you can book our flexible early check-in / late check-out service (subject to availability). This must be booked with us in advance, and may be subject to a fee of 40€ for apartments and 80€ for chalets so that we can prepare the property in time.
Children
Travel cots & high chairs can be hired through us for 35€ to include bed linen and a towel. You can add this to your booking at the time of booking.
What's included
- One set of bed linen and towels is provided at your accommodation for your stay.
- If you are staying for 2 weeks or more you will have a mid-stay linen change.
- Tourist guest cards will be left in the property for you on arrival to give you discounted travel on the local train and buses and more.
- End of stay cleaning is included at your accommodation, but we do expect you to follow our check out instructions on departure.

Pets
Pets are welcome at this property but permission must be obtained in advance and a charge will be applied at time of booking. The additional fee is 40€.
Bike storage
Bikes can be stored in the underground parking area on the private parking space allocated to the apartment.
Extra guests
Please note the apartment sleeps 6 normally with the use of the single sofa beds, but can sleep up to 8 with additional Z-beds (fold out beds). There is a supplement of €90 per person to use these extra beds, to a maximum capacity of 8 people.
TV & DVD player
There is only UK channels available, and the TV is for use with the DVD player also. A DVD library is provided for your enjoyment.
Firewood
This is not provided at Residence des Alpes 302 apartment but can be bought from the nearest supermarket.

the flat is right in the center of Chamonix, and at the same time it is very quiet. Fantastic view of the mont blanc from the terrace. the flat is really nice and exactly as in the pictures. direct access from the garage to the flat is appreciated. to be recommended !!

Having been skiers in a previous life, we were missing the experience of mountain air and views, so we decided to book a summer holiday in Chamonix. We came first in 2013, liked it so much, we returned this year. The Chamonix All Year team have been efficient, friendly and helpful. We've enjoyed staying in comfortable & attractive accommodation - breakfast on the balcony in the sunshine; the village atmosphere; discovering more walking and cycling routes; great choice of restaurants; taking the cable car/gondolas to see glaciers and mountains - stunning! Coming back next year!

Nous avons loué l'appartement Les Alpes 302 pour 2 couples (+1 enfant de 12ans) parce que la partie à vivre est très spacieuse et qu'il y a 2 salles de bains / d'eau. D'autre part, sa situation est excellente (au coeur des commerces de Chamonix) avec une belle vue sur le Mont-Blanc depuis la salle à manger et le balcon terrasse. Les prestations de cet appartement sont très bonnes et tout ce qui simplifie la vie est à disposition (petit défaut pour les français : il manque une vraie cafetière filtre...) . Le parking souterrain est aussi un vrai plus indispensable à Chamonix. Je recommande et nous relouerons avec 'ChamoixAllYear'
