About your accommodation
The Parc du Mont Blanc 12 apartment is a large chalet style apartment in the centre of Chamonix and has 2/3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, sleeping 6. There is one double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and a double bed on the mezzanine of this accommodation in Chamonix's Parc Couttet. The master double bedroom has a small private balcony and ensuite shower room, while on the mezzanine, there is a second family bathroom with bath and overhead shower. Parc du Mont Blanc 12 apartment has a large open plan living area with log fire, modern fitted kitchen and dining table. There is also a large sunny balcony in this Chamonix accommodation with spectacular views of Mont Blanc, with table and chairs for alfresco dining and a sun lounger. Parc du Mont Blanc 12 appt is located on the edge of the Parc Couttet in Chamonix's town centre, offering unspoilt views of Mont Blanc from the sunny south-facing terrace. The accommodation is only 300m from the pedestrian high street where you can choose from all the restaurants and bars that Chamonix has to offer, while the nearest large supermarkets are a short 5-10 minutes away on foot. You can catch the bus from the main stops at Chamonix Centre or Place du Mont Blanc (500-650m away), for access throughout the valley for skiing and summer activities. The Parc Couttet is also home to the popular and prestigious Maison des Artistes / Jazz Club, and just down the road from Chamonix's main train station.

Flexible check-in / check-out times
If these times don’t suit your holiday arrangements, you can book our flexible early check-in / late check-out service (subject to availability). This must be booked with us in advance, and may be subject to a fee of 40€ for apartments and 80€ for chalets so that we can prepare the property in time.
Children
Travel cots & high chairs can be hired through us for 35€ to include bed linen and a towel. You can add this to your booking at the time of booking.
What's included
- One set of bed linen and towels is provided at your accommodation for your stay.
- If you are staying for 2 weeks or more you will have a mid-stay linen change.
- Tourist guest cards will be left in the property for you on arrival to give you discounted travel on the local train and buses and more.
- End of stay cleaning is included at your accommodation, but we do expect you to follow our check out instructions on departure.

Pets
Pets are welcome at this property but permission must be obtained in advance and a charge will be applied at time of booking. The additional fee is 40€.
Bike storage
Bikes can be stored in the underground parking area on the private parking space allocated to the apartment.
Firewood
These are not provided in Parc du Mont Blanc 12 appt but can be bought from your nearest supermarket.
Mezzanine Bedroom
The third bedroom is open to the stairwell from the ground floor and is also the access to the upstairs bedroom and bathroom.
** BUILDING WORKS
There are two new building developments under construction in front of Parc du Mont Blanc 12 Apartment. We expect there will be noisy work (including ground and structural works) and according to French law, these can happen between 07.00 and 20.00, but not on Sundays and bank holidays. If you would like to book for Winter 2024/25, knowing that there is likely to be noise outside between these stated times, we have applied a 5% discount to the price by way of compensation for the disruption caused. The apartment building is due to be finished in Summer 2025 and the Hotel Couttet should be finished in 2026.

Nice appartment with a covered garage, very near to the centre of town. Just around the corner is the navette-bus that takes you to Chamonix-sud where all the connections are to the slopes. Two bathrooms are big plus. From the terrace you have an amazing view.

The apartment felt very rustic, very in sync with its surroundings. The apartment was set over two levels, it was very warm and a great collection of DVDs! Very handy location for the town. Best to do you research on the way to the bus stops otherwise you'll spend a lot of time walking.
