Location & Map
Panoramique apartment is in a great location for accommodation in Chamonix, only 200m from the Brevent cable car in one direction and 500m down the hill to the very heart of Chamonix's pedestrian high street. The slightly elevated position in the town centre and Panoramique apartment's location on the third floor means that the balcony does give unrivalled views of Mont Blanc. The nearest shops, restaurants and bars are within easy reach in only 5 minutes on foot, and a large supermarket is less than 10 minutes away. The main Chamonix Centre bus stop is 500m away for access throughout the valley to other ski areas. Please do be aware this apartment is situated on a steep hill.

End of stay cleaning & inventoryYou must give the apartment back to us in the same condition that it was given to you, so no end of stay cleaning is included. We will come before your departure to carry out an inventory and any damages or extra cleaning time required by our team will be charged to your damage deposit.
The apartment is supplied with all kitchen crockery etc., and also with duvet and pillows for the bed. Please bring your own bedding.
Seasonal rental requires 30% to hold the apartment- 30% 7 days before arrival - 40% due after 2 months - 1000 euro damage deposit

We had a great time the apartment has a great view and is easily accessible to the centre of town and restaurants supermarket etc. we had a car so never used the bus service. There is a steep hill back to apartment from town but its not far and good exercise. We loved our stay and position at Panoramique and CAY were very informative and helpful.

All around great experience. I don't think you can find a better place in Chamonix for 2-4 people. Very clean, well decorated, in a great building and in a perfect location with a beautiful view and short walk (5 minutes or so) to the the Brevent gondola. Communication prior and during the stay was quick and helpful. I'll definitely be back to Chamonix, and if possible I will book this place again.
