About your accommodation
The spacious Les Pelerins Apartment (64 sqm) in Chamonix has 4 bedrooms sleeping up to 8 people comfortably. Situated on the top floor of a large chalet block, the accommodation is ideally located close to Chamonix in a quiet location on Route des Pelerins. It's 15 minutes' walk from the accommodation to Chamonix town centre, and 10 minutes to the nearest restaurants / bars. The 4 bedrooms of Les Pelerins apartment comprise of one master bedroom with kingsize bed, one double bedroom with an additional single bed, and 2 twin bedrooms. There are also 2 bathrooms: one with a bath and the second with a shower. In addition the accommodation in Chamonix has a good size kitchen, plus an open plan living room with log fire and patio doors leading onto the balcony facing Brevent. There is plenty of space in Les Pelerins apartment with 2 sofas, a large dining table and seating for 8, flatscreen TV with French and UK satellite TV and wifi internet access. Skis can be stored in the hallway and boots on the private landing outside the apartment door. There is communal outdoor parking in front of the building too.

Situated in a quiet area on Route des Pelerins, Les Pelerins apartment is an easy 15 minute walk into the very centre of Chamonix. There is a small shopping centre only 500m from the Chamonix accommodation with a small supermarket, pharmacy and bakery, while 10 minutes' walk in the direction of the town centre brings you to the nearest restaurants and bars. 5 minutes further and you have all of Chamonix's restaurants, shops and bars to choose from. There is a bus stop 300m from the apartment where you can catch the ski bus to most of the ski areas. It's an easy walk into the town centre along a flat road but less mobile visitors, families with young kids or skiers with lots of kit might prefer to have a car for ease of access.

Normal check-in time is from 5pm, if you are arriving after 10pm please let us know in advance.

Normal check-out time is by 10am.
Flexible check-in / check-out times
If these times don’t suit your holiday arrangements, you can book our flexible early check-in / late check-out service (subject to availability). This must be booked with us in advance, and may be subject to a fee of 40€ for apartments and 80€ for chalets so that we can prepare the property in time.
Children
Travel cots & high chairs / booster seats can be hired through us for 35€ to include cot mattress, bed linen and a towel. You can add this to your booking at the time of booking.
What's included
- One set of bed linen and towels is provided at your accommodation for your stay.
- If you are staying for 2 weeks or more you will have a mid-stay linen change.
- Tourist guest cards will be left in the property for you on arrival to give you free travel on the local train and buses and more.
- End of stay cleaning is included at your accommodation, but we do expect you to follow our check out instructions on departure.

Firewood
These are provided for your use on the balcony, however if they run out you may need to buy more from one of the supermarkets nearby.
Ski storage
Skis are stored upstairs in a dedicated area in the apartment and boots just outside on the shelves provided. There is a bench downstairs where you can change into shoes which are easier to walk up the stairs in.

Great place in Chamonix for a week of road cycling with friends. The team at Chamonix All Year Round are awesome! Very helpful and friendly, are great with communications before your arrival, very thorough and are there to help if you need anything. The apartment has a stunning mountain & glacier backdrop that I am sure is photographed by all many times throughout their stay. It is a medium walk into town but in summer time this is great to walk off a large meal. There is a very cool pub at the bottom of the road which makes it hard to go any further into town anyway! The apartment has everything that a group needs. Thanks for a great accommodation.

Greeted at the hostel by a member of the team who was very friendly. Hostel was absolutely great. Lots of space in the open plan kitchen living room and having the balcony and fire were great! Really close to a bus stop to take you into Chamonix Sud or Chamonix itself, otherwise about a 15 min walk to Chamonix centre. Huge amount of space in the flat which was great for hanging out after a day on the slopes. Kitchen was very well supplied! Great holiday and great place!

5/5 - “excellent chalet! good location, excellent facilities”
We stayed in this chalet for 2 weeks in summer 2015 on a multiactivity holiday. Cham all year were very helpful and organised. The facilities were very good.
The chalet although an apartment was spacious, fitting all of us and our kit! (and there was alot!)
It is within walking distance of town and other smaller local facilities. You can roll out of bed and be on the first lift up the Midi pretty quick!

Appartement sympa pour un groupe d'amis de 5 a 6 personnes. L'espace est bien optimisé. Par mauvais temps, il faut tout de même marcher 15 mn pour rejoindre le centre.

5/5 - We stayed here in January for a snowboarding trip with friends. There were 8 of us and we couldn't ask for a better place. It was cosy with the fireplace going and the kitchen was well equipped with everything needed for cooking including a fondue set!! It is a short stroll into the centre of town - about a 10min walk or can get a bus to town/ski lifts. Showers and beds were great and comfy. We were so pleased with this apartment. Would highly recommend it and we would stay here again! Thank you!
Could not believe how well equipped this apartment was, just about everything you could need was there. we cooked a full Christmas dinner with no problem.

Chamonix itself is expensive but our apartment was very good value. It is the best experience we have had of a rented apartment or chalet. Very well appointed and laid out. Les Pelerins is a first class place but don't tell anyone because they would only book it and we shall probably want it! Thank-you Chamonixallyear, you have been first class.
