Le Soleil apartment is a lovely spacious (60 sqm), recently renovated Chamonix apartment in a great location, close to the swimming pool and sports centre, on the river Arve which runs through Chamonix town centre. Le Soleil apartment has two bedrooms, and two bathrooms and is ideal for a family holiday in Chamonix. The Chamonix apartment also benefits from outdoor parking, as well as UK TV channels, X-Box and wifi internet access. There is one double bedroom in Le Soleil apartment with ensuite bathroom, and the second bedroom has bunk beds and an ensuite bathroom too. The living room is open plan with a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, and doors onto a sunny shared lawn.

Le Soleil apartment is in an ideal location for families visiting Chamonix. It's close to the Savoy nursery slopes and drag lift for access to Brévent ski area in winter, as well as the sports centre for the indoor & outdoor pool, plus tennis club in summer. The location on the River Arve of this Chamonix apartment is perfect as you can watch the rafting and hydrospeed going past in summer, as well as being very close to the centre of Chamonix, just 2-3 minutes short walk along the river. In 5 minutes you'll be in the heart of Chamonix with shops, restaurants and supermarkets.

Normal check-out time is by 10am.

Flexible check-in / check-out times
If these times don’t suit your holiday arrangements, you can book our flexible early check-in / late check-out service (subject to availability). This must be booked with us in advance, and may be subject to a fee of €25 for apartments and €50 for chalets so that we can prepare the property in time.

Late check-in after hours
Check-in is possible until midnight, but please try to arrive before 9pm. For those arriving after 9pm there is a 30€ late check-in fee, which must be paid on arrival at your Chamonix Accommodation.

Children
Travel cots & high chairs / booster seats can be hired through us for £35 to include cot mattress, bed linen and a towel. You can add this to your booking at the time of booking.

Pets
Pets are unfortunately not allowed at this property.

What's included

  • One set of bed linen and towels is provided at your accommodation for your stay.
  • If you are staying for 2 weeks or more you will have a mid-stay linen change. Mid-stay cleaning can also be added at an extra charge - speak to the Resort Team or book on our Resort Shop.
  • Tourist guest cards will be given to you on arrival to give you free travel on the local train and buses and more.
  • End of stay cleaning is included at your accommodation, but we do expect you to follow our check out instructions on departure. If you prefer you can book an additional cleaning service.

The garden area in front of the apartment is communal so no outdoor furniture can be provided for guest use.

Great located apartment
A well placed clean and spacious apartment, 5 minutes walk down the river or road for easy access to the town centre with loads of pubs and restaurants, thus making excellent après ski. The beginner slopes for access to the Brevent lift, are close by, as are the ski hire shops and bus stops.. We had a car and had no problem at all with car parking either in the car park or on the road outside.. Our supermarket of choice was on the main road out of town towards the Aiguille du Midi chair lift but there is a Super U and patisserie within easy walking distance. Chamonix is also a great ski resort, one hour drive to the airport and with many more attractions to keep you entertained if your not a skier. Great place and I will be back.

Le soleil in winter
A beautiful unit for a couple with young children. Great location and very comfortable Storage space for clothes in the master was a little limited but everything else was great

Very clean and modern apartment, perfect location for the daily skiing trips, but you take pot luck with parking when you return. Apart from that a really enjoyable time at Chamonix again.

Great apartment
The apartment is spacious and comfortable with well appointed modern bathrooms. The kitchen is suitable to cook a proper meal which we did a few times after a busy days skiing when we just wanted to eat and relax on the huge sofas. The location was great for us, just on the edge of the centre so easy to hop in the car and straight out to the ski areas but only a short walk to the bus stop when we were skiing at brevent. The bars and restaurants of the centre are just a few minutes walk away, don't miss the micro brewery Chamonix for great value beers and food with a friendly relaxed atmosphere. Chamonixallyear were great to deal with and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or the soleil apartment.

Super apartment
A lovely, stylish and nicely kept apartment with bright, modern furnishings and a well stocked kitchen. Situated in a good, quiet location with easy access into town. Excellent staff at CAY could not have been more helpful and ensured we had a great time.

Ski weekend
Fantastic apartment only a 5 minute walk to the center of chamonix. Within easy access to the slopes and buses to get to the further slopes. Great stay

Modern clean flat in a great central location
The flat is refurbished to a high standard. Each bedroom has ensuite toilet/shower. Located very close to bus stops, city centre and 'Savoy' lift is within walking distance as well. Very spacious, warm and comfortable apartment. Highly recommended
