About your accommodation
Ginabelle 14 apartment is a central, 2 bedroom apartment which benefits from luxury holiday rentals amenities of swimming pool, sauna, hammam and gym access within the residence. The apartment has one master super-king bedroom with ensuite bathroom, as well as a second bedroom which can be made as a twin room or super-king. In addition there is a family bathroom with bath and overhead shower, as well as a second separate WC. In the living area are a comfy sofa, TV and games, as well as doors which open out onto a spacious balcony with sweeping views of Les Planards ski area and up the valley towards Le Tour. The adjoining dining area in Ginabelle 14 apartment has seating for 6 with three dining chairs and a bench along one side, while the kitchenette is equipped with more luxury holiday rental essentials, including dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. The apartment also benefits from underground parking, private ski locker, washing machine and wifi internet access.
Extra people: with use of a sofa bed, Ginabelle 14 apartment can sleep up to 6 people. For groups larger than 4, there is an additional cost of €90 per person.

Ginabelle 14 Apartment is situated right in the centre of Chamonix, within a short 2-3 minute walk of the beginners ski lifts at Les Planards, and the summer luge & leisure park. The residence complex includes access to the luxury holiday rentals amenities of spa, swimming pool and gym, in the building just next door. The main bus stop at Place du Mont Blanc is over the road for access to all ski areas in winter and walks, hikes and biking in summer, and the train station is only 100m away. There is a small supermarket on the other side of the square and bars, restaurants and larger supermarkets are just 2 minutes' away in the pedestrian town centre.

Flexible check-in / check-out times
If these times don’t suit your holiday arrangements, you can book our flexible early check-in / late check-out service (subject to availability). This must be booked with us in advance, and may be subject to a fee of 40€ for apartments and 80€ for chalets so that we can prepare the property in time.
Travel cots & high chairs / booster seats can be hired through us for 35€ to include cot mattress, bed linen and a towel. You can add this to your booking at the time of booking.
- One set of bed linen and towels is provided at your accommodation for your stay.
- If you are staying for 2 weeks or more you will have a mid-stay linen change.
- Tourist guest cards will be left in the property for you on arrival to give you discounted travel on the local train and buses and more.
- End of stay cleaning is included at your accommodation, but we do expect you to follow our check out instructions on departure.

Additional Accommodation Details
Dogs are welcome at this property but permission must be obtained in advance and a charge will be applied at time of booking. The additional fee is €40. Unfortunately we cannot welcome cats in this apartment.
Bikes can be stored in the underground parking area on the private parking space allocated to the apartment.
The underground parking is quite narrow, so not recommended for larger 4x4s and higher vehicles. The height limit is 1.9m, and width is 2.8m.
Wifi in the apartment is supplied via a 4G hub.

What a find! Bang in the centre of Chamonix with everything you need for a perfect ski holiday within a stone’s throw. The apartment is well proportioned, comfortable and spacious. It’s also tastefully furnished. Despite being in the centre of town it is very quiet and has a great view of the spectacular mountains. Can’t wait to go back!

Wonderful darling accommodation! I had never been to Chamonix before and Chamonix All Year gave us all the information we needed. They gave info on how to schedule door to door transfers from the airport. They also provided us with a discount on ski rental equipment, which was right around the corner from the condo and super convenient. Great location. I would definitely go back!
