Annecy has revamped it's plans for the winter Olympics, with all the events now focused on being staged in Annecy & our very own Chamonix!

This is an entirely free festival and is the fruit of the imagination of André Manoukian, with the backing of Chamonix municipal authority.

The creation of series of downhill mountain bike tracks at the Flegere are now complete.

August will see the return of the Ultra-Trail du Mont-Blanc. A prestigous event in Chamonix where over 2000 runners will commit to the journey of their lives!

Each year during the middle of August the Chamonix valley celebrates the history of its mountain guides and their courageous achievements.
