Mont Blanc 212 Apartment benefits from one of the best locations of our apartments in Chamonix. The Residence Mont Blanc, situated in the same building as the Alpine Museum, is in the centre of Chamonix's high street, with shops, bars and restaurants on your doorstep. The main train station, Chamonix SNCF, is just 200m away at the end of the street while the main Place du Mont Blanc bus stop is 300m around the corner to give you access throughout the valley.
Good to know
End of stay cleaning & inventory
You must give the apartment back to us in the same condition that it was given to you, so no end of stay cleaning is included. We will come before your departure to carry out an inventory and any damages or extra cleaning time required by our team will be charged to your damage deposit.
What's included
The apartment is supplied with all kitchen crockery etc., and also with duvet and pillows for the bed. Please bring your own bedding.
Damage deposit
1000€ damage deposit payable prior to check in.
Parking You will have access to the communal outdoor car park of the residence. This car park does get busy in high season so you may need to park elsewhere in Chamonix temporarily.
Bike storageThe building has a communal bike storage area where you are welcome to lock up your bikes. There is no private bike storage for the apartment.
Payment terms
Winter seasonal rental
- 30% to hold the apartment
- 30% due 21 days before arrival
- 40% due by 1st February
As per the cancellation terms from our T&Cs, bookings of 21 nights or more are non-refundable.
