Alpes 43 Apartment is the perfect Chamonix apartment if you want to be right in the centre of town. This central Chamonix apartment sleeps 4 people with one double bedroom and a second twin bedroom. The open plan living dining kitchen is bright and airy positioned on the corner of the building. Alpes 43 apartment is a very popular apartment in Chamonix due to its enviable location in the heart of the pedestrian high street, with secure underground parking and being accessible by car. Shops, restaurants and bars are all on your doorstep, while the main Chamonix centre bus stop is less than 200m away for easy, car-free access to the ski areas in winter as well as summer activities. The nearest ski slopes at Brevent can also be accessed on foot, via the Savoy nursery slopes which are an 8 minute walk away through the town centre. The nearest large supermarket is just 300m away.

End of stay cleaning & inventory
You must give the apartment back to us in the same condition that it was given to you, so no end-of-stay cleaning is included. We will come before your departure to carry out an inventory and any damages or extra cleaning time required by our team will be charged to your damage deposit.
What's included
The apartment is supplied with all kitchen crockery etc, and also with duvet and pillows for the bed. Please bring your own bedding.
Damage Deposit
1000 euro damage deposit payable prior to check in.
Noise
Please note that families live in the building and excessive noise or parties will not be tolerated in the apartment. Please see our T&Cs for more information.
Payment terms
Summer seasonal rental
- 30% to hold the apartment
- 70% due 21 days before arrival
- The payment terms may alter if the booking is for longer than 3 months
Winter seasonal rental
- 30% to hold the apartment
- 30% due 21 days before arrival
- 40% due by 1st February
As per the cancellation terms from our T&Cs, bookings of 21 nights or more are non-refundable.
