About your accommodation
Le Paradis 18 Apartment is one of two newly built apartments that are adjacent to each other and can be booked separately or together to cater for groups of up to 12 as well (see details about booking Le Paradis 18 & 18b Appts together). This apartment is ideally located, providing accommodation in Chamonix town centre, just seconds from all the shops, bars and restaurants. Le Paradis 18 Apartment is on the top floor of the residence, and has 2 bedrooms: one double and the second quad bedroom which has 4 adult size bunk beds. There is also a double sofa bed in the living room. This Chamonix accommodation can comfortably sleep 6-8 people. The master bedroom has an ensuite shower and hand basin, and there is a family bathroom with bath & shower and hand basin, plus a separate WC. The apartment is furnished to a high standard, there is wifi internet access and underground parking included across the road at the St Michel car park. A car is not essential at all as Le Savoy slopes are just 2 minutes walk, from where you can get direct access to Brevent & Flegere ski areas. Accessing all other ski areas is very simple too, with the ski bus stop just around the corner from the apartment.

Le Paradis 18 Apartment has an access card for parking in the St Michel public car park located opposite the residence. As this is a public car park, it may get busy during peak periods so you may need to park elsewhere in Chamonix.

Unfortunately the fireplace is not allowed to be used in the apartment.

There is EV Charging stations within the St Michel public car park that you have access to. These are available on a first come first served basis and payable as per any public charging station.

Nous avons passé une super semaine à Chamonix dans cet appartement en plein centre. Malgré le manque de neige en station et du coup la non possibilité de passer par le Savoy pour monter au Brévent, en 10mn de marche nous étions aux télécabines. Super emplacement pour profiter de Chamonix à pied et de toutes ses infrastructures. L'appartement est très calme, bien isolé. Nous étions 2 famille avec 3 enfants. Seul bémol les canapés lit dont les matelas étaient très dur... sinon appartement parfait!

The living room is a wonderful place to gather and the kitchen had what we needed to make dinner and breakfast however the Nespresso machine had broken so coffee was a disappointment. The ski locker was full of the owner’s equipment and not be used. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

The cleaning is good and the location is perfect, you are in 2 minuts walking in center of Chamonix
The bus station, the train station, all comunications are near; you have a cover parking included too To say something to improve is that the dryer machine didn't work correctly and we stay for two weeks and there was not change of towels

The apartment is really well situated being very close to the supermarket, main street and lift access. It is within easy walking distance to the Chamonix bus line that services all the ski slopes. It is spacious and well equipped for a family. We really enjoyed staying here. One small criticism - the dining chairs are very worn and need replacing. Otherwise we were very happy.

We stayed in Paradise 18 for our 12 day summer holiday with our four children . We loved this apartment . It had wonderful space for the children to play, separately or together. It was so well equipped and beautifully furnished. We loved the little touches such as the coloured plates, cups and spoons for the smallies. It really was a home away from home. They loved the morning stroll to the boulangerie , which was only a minute away on the Main Street. Afterwards, we would sit around the large table for breakfast before we started our day. At night I loved to sip my vino from the beautiful Villoroy & Boch wine glasses!
The pool ,tennis club and all the shops were so convenient for us. Thank you Chamonix All Year for providing Emily , our babysitter . She was absolutely excellent and had such experience . I never worried while tucking in to my tartiflete at ' Josephines'! We are all looking forward to coming back in March for our first family skiiing trip & will be booking this apartment again .
Great location, but some improvements needed
Le Paradis 18 is conveniently located for skiers and non skiers alike. It is comfortable, but lacks a homey feeling. One clearly gets the feeling this property is meant for rentals only as it just has the bare essentials. The kitchen didn’t have a toaster, for example, and few cooking utensils or glasses and dishes. We would have liked a carpet or two on the cold tiled floor. Board games would have been nice too. This said, we loved the fireplace, and the space is well used. Had it been cozier and cleaner, it would have met our expectations.

Traveling from the U.S. to Chamonix (France) required that we rely upon an entity unknown to us. Chamonix All Year could not have been better. We chose an apartment with their help, and the location and facility was excellent. And Chamonix All Year had wonderful staff that answered the phone, was always friendly, and even helped in our disrupted train logistics (in route). The Le Paradis 18 apartment was perfectly located, quiet, clean, comfortable, and exactly what our family needed. The only constructive thoughts would be that a few more pots and pans would be appreciated. Otherwise, great view, great location, great support from Chamonix All Year.

We liked ur welcoming and We your high reponse . dear we liked your apartment first the best things make us happy and satisfied that every thing was available in Apartment like the beds were comfortable and soft، all cooker requirement was available even ur dishes are made in UAE we were happy that we are the part of ur apartment , in addition its facing very nice beatiful view we took very nice shock also its near our daily requirement like supermarket, restaurant and shopping mall.But we have some suggestions to make ur arab guest more comforable first providing parking near the resident to be easy to pull down the baggage , second providing water hose in bathroom the last thing is providing lock for bed rooms and the toilet.really lovely location with great view many thanks for your concern. Great apartment location - in the centre of town, 2 mins to the supermarket and main streets.
Strange apartment configuration - small double with en-suite (no toilet) then another room for 4 (2 bunk beds), then one separate shower and one separate toilet.
Kitchen facilities fine, wi-fi worked well, lots of Velux windows provided nice views, but no balcony.

The apartment was comfortable, quiet and spacious, and in a good central location. Chamonix all year were very helpful when we need help from time to time. The only disappointments we the inadequate buses, lifts and snow.

RecommendedGreat apartment - perfect for families
We have just come back from a fab holiday and stayed in this apartment for a week. Its a great apartment and ideal for families with its spacious and comfortable sitting / dining area, fun and roomy bunk room and separate queen bedroom. There was room enough for everyone to find a little quite space of their own when needed and the apartment is clean and quiet. The washing machine and dryer are a bonus as is the second bathroom. Supermarket and shops 50m down the road, idea for those essential morning croissants. Off site undercover parking is a 30m walk, bus stop 20m away and the Savoy lifts an easy 150m walk with your ski kit on. Even our children didn't complain about walking back! If you are skiing the Brevent/ Savoy area its very easy to come back for lunch and then head back out again. I nearly didn't book this place as the previous reviews were a tad average but I am so glad we did.....we will be back!

We booked Le Paradis 18 at short notice, as our original apartment was located in a building that burned down earlier in the year! I think we were very lucky to get it, as accommodation of this type is usually booked up way in advance of UTMB week and so we considered ourselves quite fortunate. It wasn't perfect for our needs, there were six of us - that included two couples - and only one single bedroom, but given the circumstances I suppose we couldn't complain! The second bedroom included two sets of bunk beds, so that had to do. The location was superb and the apartment was well-equipped, however I have to say that the cleanliness was only just OK (lots of hair from the previous occupants, especially in the bedroom drawers) and the material condition of the place is beginning to look a bit tired here and there, the owners should look to smartening things up a little if they want to continue charging premium prices. It was also a bit disappointing not to have a balcony, but these are all minor niggles and didn't detract from a very enjoyable week. The service from Chamonix All Year was absolutely superb and I totally recommend them, A+.

The apartments are located in the center. Very comfortably equipped, spacious living room with a great fireplace!I did not like very dirty kitchen utensils and crockery. We will be back and are happy to recommend this to others.
fantastic location! cozy vibe! literally in the heart of the village, 2 minute walk to grocery, shops, restaurants. very spacious; and comfy couches. there were even charming holiday decorations / lights put up for us. a thoughtful Chamonix All Year host met us upon arrival and personally walked us through the space, gave us keys, made sure we were all set; it was a nice personal touch. listing was "2.5 bathrooms" which we thought meant had 2 toilets but there is only 1 toilet (which is fine for us, a couple, but that might be a slight issue for families / larger group staying here). we really loved this spot and hope to be back soon, maybe next time it will snow ;)

Chamonix All Year was very good to work with, they arranged transfers, lift tix, activities, met us at the property on arrival, gave us an overview of how things work (both inside the property and the area i.e. local buses, ski locales, etc.). They also set expectations for us. All very helpful. The property was just as seen and described. Very central and convenient location near to supermarket, restaurants, Savoy lift, ski school/rental... Everything in walking distance. Made it very easy for us.

5/5 - This apartment is located very conveniently near the centre of town. Just a stroll down a small lane leads to the supermarket and a couple of bars and less than a 5 minute walk to restaurants. It is also less than a 5 minute walk to the Savoy ski area which was great for little kids.
The apartment is on the top floor and is decorated beautifully, the beds are comfortable and it's very clean which was one of my main requirements when we were looking for accommodation in Chamonix. Other benefits included wifi and a locker downstairs to put the ski equipment in as well as a washing machine and dryer. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other has 2 sets of bunk beds, as well as an ensuite and bathroom. The sofa converted to a bed as well although we didn't need it.
Really couldn't find fault in this accommodation and would book it again if we ever went back to Chamonix.

5/5 - We had stayed in the same complex two years ago, and we knew the standard was pretty good. Again, the flat was excellent and clean, and very convenient for all amenities and services Chamonix has to offer. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. 5/5 - My wife and two sons spent two weeks in this unit. We found it to be very comfortable and warm inside. It has all the necessary amenities and then some. The building is just a short 150 m walk to the closest market which is locate right on in the center of Chamonix's shopping and restaurants. With a young family our privacy and security was important and this building is all that. The unit has views toward the Mont Blanc Massif through Velux window. The master bedroom is small and cozy, and it too has amazing mountain views as you lay in bed. The other bedroom has two sets of single bunk beds and this room faces out to the Brevent. We would return and we would stay here in this unit again.

We had an excellent stay in Chamonix this year. All staff i
came into contact with were very friendly and helpful. The property was tip top
and catered for everything we required- location, price, space etc. Additionally We had an issue with a locked
door and broken handle (the handle was loose so the door couldn't be unlocked)
which was resolved immediately and we were not charged. It confirmed my belief
that Chamonix all year are an excellent travel company to use and they will go
the extra mile to make your stay an excellent one. I would certainly recommend
them and will definitely be a returning customer!!

I used Le Paradis 18 apartment for 5 nights over Summer. I found Nick to be very helpful and accomodating. The apartment was great with excellent views of the valley and mountains. It is very close to the centre of town and shops. I would definately use their services again!
