Normal check-in time is from 5pm to 9pm.
Normal check-out time is by 10am.
Flexible check-in / check-out times
If these times don’t suit your holiday arrangements, you can book our flexible early check-in / late check-out service (subject to availability). This must be booked with us in advance, and may be subject to a fee of €25 for apartments and €50 for chalets so that we can prepare the property in time.
Late check-in after hours
If you need to check-in after 9pm this may be subject to a €30 late check-in fee, or €50 late check-in fee if you’re arriving after midnight, which must be paid on arrival at your Chamonix Accommodation.
Travel cots & high chairs / booster seats can be hired through us for £35 to include cot mattress, bed linen and a towel. You can add this to your booking at the time of booking.
Pets are unfortunately not allowed at this property.
- One set of bed linen and towels is provided at your accommodation for your stay.
- If you are staying for 2 weeks or more you will have a mid-stay linen change. Mid-stay cleaning can also be added at an extra charge - speak to the Resort Team or book on our Resort Shop.
- Tourist guest cards will be given to you on arrival to give you free travel on the local train and buses and more.
- End of stay cleaning is included at your accommodation, but we do expect you to follow our check out instructions on departure. If you prefer you can book an additional cleaning service.

At the bottom of the Savoy slopes, the brand new (2018) Hotel Folie Douce will be hosting daily après ski sessions in their underground party bunker where the clients of the hotel mix with locals and tourists alike. The fun begins at 4pm and ends at 8pm, making it an ideal early evening pit-stop on your way back to Paradis 18, especially if you have been skiing the Brevent pistes above.
Additional Accommodation Details
Le Paradis 18 Apartment has an access card for parking in the St Michel public car park located opposite the residence. As this is a public car park, it may get busy during peak periods so you may need to park elsewhere in Chamonix.
Unfortunately the fireplace is not allowed to be used in the apartment.
fantastic location! cozy vibe! literally in the heart of the village, 2 minute walk to grocery, shops, restaurants. very spacious; loved having a working wood-burning fireplace and comfy couches. there were even charming holiday decorations / lights put up for us. a thoughtful Chamonix All Year host met us upon arrival and personally walked us through the space, gave us keys, made sure we were all set; it was a nice personal touch. listing was "2.5 bathrooms" which we thought meant had 2 toilets but there is only 1 toilet (which is fine for us, a couple, but that might be a slight issue for families / larger group staying here). we really loved this spot and hope to be back soon, maybe next time it will snow ;)

Chamonix All Year was very good to work with, they arranged transfers, lift tix, activities, met us at the property on arrival, gave us an overview of how things work (both inside the property and the area i.e. local buses, ski locales, etc.). They also set expectations for us. All very helpful. The property was just as seen and described. Very central and convenient location near to supermarket, restaurants, Savoy lift, ski school/rental... Everything in walking distance. Made it very easy for us.

5/5 - We had stayed in the same complex two years ago, and we knew the standard was pretty good. Again, the flat was excellent and clean, and very convenient for all amenities and services Chamonix has to offer. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. The service actually exceeded our expectations.

5/5 - My wife and two sons spent two weeks in this unit. We found it to be very comfortable and warm inside. It has all the necessary amenities and then some. The building is just a short 150 m walk to the closest market which is locate right on in the center of Chamonix's shopping and restaurants. With a young family our privacy and security was important and this building is all that. The unit has views toward the Mont Blanc Massif through Velux window. The master bedroom is small and cozy, and it too has amazing mountain views as you lay in bed. The other bedroom has two sets of single bunk beds and this room faces out to the Brevant. The wood burning fireplace was a big draw and we have it lit almost the entire time. We would return and we would stay here in this unit again.
We had an excellent stay in Chamonix this year. All staff i
came into contact with were very friendly and helpful. The property was tip top
and catered for everything we required- location, price, space etc. Additionally We had an issue with a locked
door and broken handle (the handle was loose so the door couldn't be unlocked)
which was resolved immediately and we were not charged. It confirmed my belief
that Chamonix all year are an excellent travel company to use and they will go
the extra mile to make your stay an excellent one. I would certainly recommend
them and will definitely be a returning customer!!

We spent an amazing 3 weeks in Chamonix from 2nd - 22nd December. Our apartment was perfectly located and close to everything in town, including all the restaurants, bars, supermarket and ski school. I can't wait to come back again!
