The Alpine events and the ice hockey will be held here, with the remainder of the events being held in Annecy, La Clusaz, Le Grand Bornand and La Plagne.
France has hosted the Olympic ganes three times in it’s history, with the first ever winter games being held in Chamonix in 1924.
The race for selection is down to just three at this stage: Chamonix, Munich and Pyeongchang, South Korea, with the IOC making it’s selection in July 2011. Fingers crossed!
