  • Coming Soon: Major developments at Grands Montets are underway to replace the cable car station lost in the 2018 fire. The lower section will feature a gondola set to open in December 2025, while the upper section will host a seated cable car ready by December 2026. Upgrades also include a revamped Pierre à Ric home run and a buvette at the top station. Once completed, Grands Montets plans to operate for nine months a year, significantly extending its availability from the previous five-month season.
