Green dates are possible arrival days. White dates are available. Grey dates are not available.

About your accommodation
The three bedrooms in this apartment can sleep up to 8 people, the master bedroom has a double bed with a small balcony, the second bedroom has two single beds and both these rooms look out the back of the property over a quiet residential area, so perfect for a good night's sleep despite Lutetia apartment’s central location on the pedestrianised main street. The third bedroom has an ensuite shower and sink and has two adult sized bunk beds so can sleep up to 4 people. There is a family bathroom with bath, overhead shower, toilet and sink, and there is a separate toilet.
The living/dining room is spacious with two sofas surrounding a wood burning stove, perfect for a relaxing evening after a day on the mountains, while the dining table located next to the kitchen seats 8-10. The separate kitchen is well-equipped with hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer and Nespresso coffee machine, perfect if you want to eat in or out at one of the array of restaurants on your doorstep. There is an underground parking space at the building next door.
This Chamonix property benefits from four small balconies on three sides of the building so you can choose: relax in the quiet looking out the back of the building and overlooking the Chamonix ski jump from afar, or you can be in the thick of it, watching the start of the UTMB or the street party at New Year from the front.

Lutetia apartment is perfect if you want the hustle and bustle of Chamonix life on your doorstep. The apartment is located on the pedestrian high street in the heart of the town centre, with great views not only overlooking the town but of Mont Blanc and the Aiguille du Midi. The nearest bar is on the ground floor of the building, the corner shop is a couple of doors down, and the larger supermarket is easy to reach at the other end of the high street approximately 400m away. It's less than 200m to the bus stop, or if you're skiing at Brevent, you can reach the drag life at Savoy in less than 10 minutes on foot.

Normal check-in time is from 5pm, if you are arriving after 10pm please let us know in advance.

Normal check-out time is by 10am.
Flexible check-in / check-out times
If these times don’t suit your holiday arrangements, you can book our flexible early check-in / late check-out service (subject to availability). This must be booked with us in advance, and may be subject to a fee of 40€ for apartments and 80€ for chalets so that we can prepare the property in time.
Children
Travel cots & high chairs can be hired through us for 35€ to include bed linen and a towel. You can add this to your booking at the time of booking.
What's included
- One set of bed linen and towels is provided at your accommodation for your stay.
- If you are staying for 2 weeks or more you will have a mid-stay linen change.
- Tourist guest cards will be left in the property for you on arrival to give you discounted travel on the local train and buses and more.
- End of stay cleaning is included at your accommodation, but we do expect you to follow our check out instructions on departure.

Pets are welcome at this property but permission must be obtained in advance and a charge will be applied at time of booking. The additional fee is 40€.

Lutetia apartment benefits from one underground parking space underneath the building next door.
Fireplace
The fireplace visible in two of the photos has been replaced by a wood burning stove. A starter pack with some firewood will be left at the property for you.
