About your accommodation
Le Paradis Ski Apartment is situated in the highly sought after Paradis residence, in one of the best locations in Chamonix. It is a 55sqm Chamonix apartment with 2 bedrooms, a sofabed and 2 bathrooms. Both the master bedroom and second bedroom can be made as double or twin beds, and the master bedroom also has an en-suite shower room, with sink and WC. The family bathroom has bath tub, shower, wash basin, and WC too.
There is also a large balcony facing Mont Blanc, with table and chairs for dining in a warm summer evening or after a hard day's skiing. Le Paradis Ski Apartment is close to the Brevent ski lift and ideally located near bus networks plus shops, restaurants and après ski. It boasts a south-facing view with a balcony overlooking Mont Blanc and Aiguille du Midi. The kitchen of this Chamonix apartment is fully equipped with modern appliances including oven, electric hob, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment. The nearest supermarket is less than 100m away from this Chamonix apartment and the Savoy ski slopes are located just on the other side of the road for kids ski school and access to the Brevent-Flegere ski area. As always Chamonix All Year delivers excellent service before, under and after the rental. We have stayed in this apartment several times and are very happy with the rental. However, the owners of the apartment need to upgrade a bit since the condition of the apartment is declining a little over the years with a lot of rentals.

The appartment we stayed in was in a perfect position. Just a few steps from the main street. It was great to have a balcony which has fantastic views towards Aiguille du Midi.
Chamonix All Year were very friendly and helpful when we booked and they kept us fully updated for the check-in/out arrangements.

Having decided to extend our stay we moved from the Chamonix All Year apartment: Paradis 22 to this one.
This one was smaller, with 2 bedrooms instead of 3, and less storage space, but it was still a really lovely apartment - the balcony with its table for 4 and two deckchairs were gorgeous, as it was just lovely being able to relax there in the sun [we stayed in August 2022].
Because I have a mobility disability I use a very small mobility scooter so level access is vital - there's level access into the apartment block and a spacious lift.
There's a shower with a small step in the en suite but I found the shower over the bath [a small step is provided which was very handy for me] was better as it had a more flexible hose which meant you could more easily direct the water from the shower head and it stayed in the same place.
The bed was really comfortable, the kitchen was adequately equipped [to be honest we ate out at dinner times], and our teenage boys enjoyed the occasional play on the playstation.
As it's just around the corner from the previous apartment we stayed in it had all the same advantages of being a very central location, so we walked/scooted everywhere. The parking at the car park up the road meant parking was totally hassle free which is always a big bonus.
Would definitely consider staying here again.
PS Thank you for allowing us to bring our two small dogs as I know they are not normally allowed - they absolutely loved the balcony too!
RecommendedExcellent location and great apartment
This was our first time at Paradis du Ski and we booked it on a whim. So glad we did! The location is so central but it’s still very quiet at night. The apartment is perfect for 2-4 people and there’s also the option of a sofa bed. It has everything you need for a stay in Chamonix including a free parking space if needed. The terrace is large and has a spectacular view of the Mont Blanc massif. We will be back next year hopefully!

We had a nice summer vacation in Chamonix.
The apartment was nice with two good bedroms and two bathrooms :).
The kitchen was a little bit small.
We had breakfast on the huge balcony every morning, that was nice!
From the balcony we could sit and look at the summit of Mount Blanc.
The location of the apartment was excellent, only 2 min walk to Chamonix main street.

I went skiing trip in January.
I stayed with my wife and two sons.
There was enough room for four families to stay.
The biggest advantage of this apartment is its location.
Located on the main street, the supermarket is right in front of the alley.
You can walk through the 'Brebent' ski slope using the 'Le Savoy' lift.
There is also a bus stop for 'Le Tour' and 'Les Houches' within 5 minutes' walk, so you do not have to make a separate transfer.
There is Play Station 2 in the living room. It was great that the children could play games while having an evening break.
There are many kinds of games.
The staff who helped check-in on the first day and the staff who came to check on the heater were all kind.
I will book this apartment again if I visit Chamonix next season.

A great apartment for a family of four, close to all facilities and not far from the bus stop, train station and supermarket, with the pedestrianised streets literally one minute away on foot, but quiet at night. The apartment was clean, the kitchenette was well equipped for preparing family meals, and it has a great balcony with magnificent views of Mont Blanc. The Chamonix All Year team, Beth in particular, were very helpful in getting our passes, organising our transfers and providing useful information. We will definitely return to Chamonix and strongly recommend Chamonix All Year.

Very nice apartment in a beautiful house. You can see both Mont blanc and Le Dru from the balcony. Its very close to the pedestrian street but still very quiet at night. The closest supermarket is about 100 m away. I think its the third or fourth time we rent the same apartment.
RecommendedPerfect small apartment, perfect location
The Paradis is in a brilliant spot for the Savoy ursery slopes and the Brevent lift. If also 2 mins from the town (Restaurants, Supermarkets) and yet is equally quiet. The two bed is perfect for a small family. Best of all where the Chamonix All Year staff, who could not have been more helpful sorting out hire gear and passes and lessons. We will definitly come back!

We rented this apartment for our ski-ing holiday and chose this one because of its location. It is very close to the main street of Chamonix where there are many bars and restaurants. It is also just a short walk from the ski-bus stops and about 8 minutes walk from the main train station. The apartment was not quite as spacious as some we have stayed in previously but it had a comfortable living room with nice views and also had a large balcony which got the morning sun. Had the weather been better we would certainly have used the balcony more as it was a nice spot to sit and have morning coffee. The apartment also had a well-equipped kitchen and two bathrooms - great when we all arrived back from ski-ing at the same time wanting a hot bath or shower. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Ideal location close to all facilities with short walks to bus stops. Very good apartment but had a few issues which Chamonix All Year attended to very promptly. Needs a new carpet and coffee table in the lounge and could do with a redecoration.

Its the third time we live in Paradis Ski and its a fantastic apartment, very close to the main street but quiet, except for the churchbells,but they are not ringing all the time.
Nice balcony with morning sun, there are sun on the balcony to 13.00 something.
So breakfast in the morningsun and dinner in the shadow, thats nice those hot days.
we think the apartment works very well with two bedrooms, two toiletts and showers.

This is a great apartment with two twin/double bedrooms, although with the sofa bed also out in the lounge to fit 6 it might get a little squashed if staying for an extended break. However, the apartment is very well appointed, clean, and very comfortable. The Chamonix All Year team are also very helpful which takes a lot of hassle out of the admin. Best of all however is the location - a short 5 minute walk (doable in ski boots even for kids) from both the Savoy teleski and Brevent telecabines, and in the other direction a 2 minute walk from Chamonix's pedestrianised town centre with all its shops and restaurants. Couldn't ask for more.

Very much liked the apartment, everything was as advertised, very clean and homely. Decent bedrooms, lovely balcony, nice living area, very good showers. Extensive collection of DVDs and Playstation games kept us and the kids amused in the evening. Free pass for the St Michel car park across the road meant that parking was easy and secure. Definitely would stay again

Recommended A wonderful time in Chamonix-Mont-Blanc
We stayed for 10days in this apartment.
It was enough area so that a couple used the rooms.The bed and the sofa were very comfortable and drove our fatigue away.The bathtub was nice, too.The kitchen which it was easy to use was nice.The appliance of the kitchen, the kitchen utensils were prepared enough.
The location is approximately perfect.There is it near the church. It is a basically quiet place.However, there is it near the tourist information, the center of the town, a supermarket, various shops, restaurants and the bus stop.
The view of the mountain from the balcony is disturbed a little by a hotel and apartments.But It was comfortable to be exposed to a soft breeze on the large balcony.
It was awkward that the balcony door was not opened, but the staff opened in all sincerity.
We would like to stay at this apartment again if we can visit Chamonix-Mon-Blanc.

My family enjoyed staying in Paradis Ski.
The apartment is not very brand-new, but it was still good condition.
They have a lot of kitchenette (lot of guests may left them after staying), and two shower booths.
Great location right next to the supermarket and main road.
Free parking at garage which is locked at night was also one of the great merits. I would especially recommend to young people who will stay long for skiing or other sports.
Their facilities such as DVD, play station, large wardrobe seems much more suitable for them.

This was our first trip to Chamoniix and it was fab. From beginning to end the whole experience was fun. The transfer, the apartment, the town, the mountains and the skiing all ticked the right boxes. We had a wonderful stay in this apartment with a terrific view of the mountains. Although the bedrooms were small there was lots of room in the living area and our family of 4 was very comfortable. The location was excellent, close to the centre of town and also the buses to get to the slopes. Also very close to a supermarket which was very convenient to grab supplies. Would definitely come back again, we loved it.

Paradis appartment is well situated away from the town centre, and so was nice and quiet over night. It is well
kitted out and breakfast in was easy. Evening meals might have been more difficult, depending one's appetite. We ate out every night.
The super market, breakfast cafe, bread shop and tourist office were all within 5 minutes walk. Recycling was just across the road.
Chamonix Central bus stop was about 6-7 minutes walk.
Our party was two people, which was a good fit in the appartment. It would also work well with a family.
On the down side, buses were too infrequent for getting to and from hiking points.

It is not fair that charge money in case arriving 21 hours if it´s not responsability of the customer. You knew that we would arrive late because we said in the evening (we spoke by telephone) just by traffic in France (the saturday 8-August the traffic jumps was incredible in each road in France). Valencia- Chamonix we can spend 12 hours driving, buy that day I spent 17 hours driving

We arrived early evening to find a friendly face to show us where the necessities were. Had a lovely time.
We purchased Telecabin passes in advance, the rep handed them over on our arrival.
The apartment is in a superb location, right in the middle of Chamonix with all of the amenities within walking distance. The interior is very stylish and there is plenty of space. Unfortunately there were a few problems with the patio door which would not lock (security issue) but other than that everything was as described. Also, wifi is excellent.

Chamonix All Year provided a professional experience. The apartment is well located - near town, near the plan praz lift, and right opposite the car park. It also comes with nice touches, like a playstation and DVDs for the evenings. All in all, highly recommended.

Despite only seeing the sun for one day of our weeks holiday we had a wonderful holiday. Out two four year olds loved the Montenvers trip to the Glacier, the indoor pool and the little walk round Lac Bleu up at Plan D'Aguille. The accommodation at Paradis Ski, was very comfortable, home from home. Great location. Really handy having the supermarket so close and we enjoyed our morning walk to the local boulongerie.

We stayed at Paradis ski and were very satisfied. The resort
has perfect location, the apartment had everything you need and was nice and
clean. The only thing we missed in the heat was a swimmingpool, but we used the
one in the sportspark. We will definitely stay here again, probably already
next summer. Chamonix is really a marvellous place and I recommend everybody to
expirience this. Chamonix all year was very helpful and nice through the whole
process and we will definitely use them again when we stay in Chamonix. Thank

5/5 - The apartment had great location, 1 min walk from the main street of Chamonix. All activities also available in walking distance. There was free parking in a garage nearby and free wi-fi. The apartment was very nice and had all equipment you need (washingmashine, dryer, dishwasher, TV, DVD, playstation). There were two bathrooms with showers (and a bathtub in one). The balcony was good size. The apartment was nice and clean.We will definitely stay here again.

5/5 - The crew at Chamonix All Year do a fantastic job providing high-quality vacations in Chamonix. Their transfer service is friendly and on-time, their apartments are beautifully decorated and centrally located, and they are very attentive when you have questions or need help. I highly recommend them.
In particular, Paradis Ski was a great choice. It's just a short walk away from the main street and the views from huge balcony are spectacular.

Beautiful apartment with excellent facilities and perfect location. We stayed over Xmas week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay, so much we intend to return next Christmas. The apartment slept 6 but feel 4 adults and 2 kids would better suit this. The kitchen facilities were very good as we cooked a Xmas meal and the double bed we slept in was very very comfortable. The apartment was very warm and lots of hot water with a lovely bath too. We had wifi connection and a very good iPod Doc. The balcony had excellent views and we spent many a time sitting out after a days skiing. We could also walk to the ski lift so excellent location and just metres from the centre of town. Also a free underground parking. Bonus

5/5 - The apartment was right in the middle of Chamnonix, so all the bars, restaurants, shops and even the bus and train station were less than a 5 minute walk away. But as we were just up a little side street we couldn't hear any noise from these late at night. The apartment was vey clean and tidy, with a stunning view of the mountains from the balcony. The kitchen had everything you need to cook a decent meal. My only small niggle was the matresses being very thin, but no bed is as good as your own.

Very comfortable accommodation and facilities, we had a great week, even though the weather was not great, Chamonix is a lovely place to visit.
