About your accommodation
Le Paradis 8 Apartment is a 2 bedroom apartment right in the centre of Chamonix, a great location for Brevent ski area and Savoy nursery slopes just a very short walk away, with shops, restaurants and attractions all on your doorstep too. The Chamonix apartment is in a very sought after Residence “Le Paradis” just opposite the Folie Douce Hotel. It sleeps 4-6 people comfortably which suits a family with children or 2-3 couples. There is one double bedroom with flat screen TV and a second bedroom with day bed which can be a single or a double bed, plus a leather pull-out double sofa bed in the lounge. Le Paradis 8 Apartment has a family bathroom with bath and shower attachment and washing machine, and there is a separate WC as well. In the lounge area there is a Smart TV, stereo compatible with iPod, MP3, wifi internet and dining table for 6 people. The large patio doors lead from the living room onto a good size balcony with table and 4 chairs to take in the views. The apartment also benefits from a lift, ski room and parking.

Le Paradis 8 Apartment is located right in Chamonix's town centre. The nearest supermarket is less than 100m away from this Chamonix apartment and the Savoy ski slopes are located just on the other side of the road for kids ski school and access to the Brevent-Flegere ski area. All other ski areas are easily accessed by bus from one of the main bus stops located close to the apartments too. Only 100m from Le Paradis 8 Appt you are on the pedestrian high street of Chamonix, with all its restaurants, shops and bars.

Flexible check-in / check-out times
If these times don’t suit your holiday arrangements, you can book our flexible early check-in / late check-out service (subject to availability). This must be booked with us in advance, and may be subject to a fee of 40€ for apartments and 80€ for chalets so that we can prepare the property in time.
Children
Travel cots & high chairs can be hired through us for 35€ to include bed linen and a towel. You can add this to your booking at the time of booking.
What's included
- One set of bed linen and towels is provided at your accommodation for your stay.
- If you are staying for 2 weeks or more you will have a mid-stay linen change.
- Tourist guest cards will be left in the property for you on arrival to give you discounted travel on the local train and buses and more.
- End of stay cleaning is included at your accommodation, but we do expect you to follow our check out instructions on departure.

Pets are welcome at this property but permission must be obtained in advance and a charge will be applied at time of booking. The additional fee is 40€.
Parking
Le Paradis 8 Appt has an access card for parking in the St Michel public car park located opposite the residence. As this is a public car park, it may get busy during peak periods so you may need to park elsewhere in Chamonix.
Fireplace
There is an ethanol fireplace in Le Paradis 8 Appt, some ethanol is provided and more can be purchased from Chamonix All Year.
Second bedroom
The second bedroom has a day bed which consists of one single bed with a pull-out which means it can form a double bed.
EV Charging
There is EV Charging stations within the St Michel public car park that you have access to. These are available on a first come first served basis and payable as per any public charging station.

The apartment is centrally located, about a minute walk to the restaurants etc. The balcony provides stunning views and its sliding door opens nicely to cool the whole apartment during the warm summer days. Bus and train passes were provided. There is enough untenils for some easy food preparation.

Apartment is in ideal location close to city centre and lifts. Everything is literally at your fingertips. Apartment itself is cozy and perfect for an ideal ski week/weekend. Lots of space for 4 guests. The spa bath was a godsend after a long day skiing and hiking. Also CAY was always there to help. Hope to return next year! Five stars!!

5/5 - “Perfect stay - perfect start of the year with Chamonix”
Good apartments is inevitable addition to perfect stay. So this is the case. Apartments are very convenient, inside with all equipment that is required for comfortable stay and outside with location. Location is right in the center but in calm area and close to lift to Brevent, just 200m from shopping street and 50m from the city parking. Apartments are large enough for 4 people but can accomodate event more, big living room is good to have joint events in the evening. Special thanks to the rent company's personal. Very helpful, ready to close all questions. I think the best renting company I've ever met. Payment is convenient with the card, online.

Hi, perfect stay in Chamonix, apartments le Paradis 8, right in the center of the city and just near the Brevent ski area. Very convenient apartments in all the aspects including the equipment, everything for the kitchen and even jacuzzi in the bath. Two bedrooms and one big living room. What is also important - calm place, with windows looking on MonBlan and outside of the road. Shopping street just 1 min walk with groccery store the closest shop. Parking is 2 min walk and is on the closed city parking. Ski room is very convenient on the ground floor with fast and easy access. Service from ChamonixAllYear team is perfect, helped with Christmas tree and with the parcels delivery. Met at night with the keys and showed everything at once. Easy payment procedure and checkout procedure.

Lovely accommodation, 2 mins from a supermarket and the pedestrian streets. Invaluable underground parking card 2 mins from property. Great appartment for 2 adults, 2 kids - ours were 6 & 8. Splendid collection of DVDs and games that were a godsend given that we had no snow! Super efficient heating system which meant we were toasty warm the whole time. Highly recommend it! the Scotts

We stayed for 2 weeks at the end of June in the Le Paradis 8 Apartment and had an excellent holiday. The location of the apartment couldn't have been better, the main supermarket, restaurants and town center were only a 2 minute walk away. This made life very easy when either using the accommodation for self catering or when eating out and it was great to nip out for a fresh croissant each morning! Our main interest was walking and again we where able to do a variety of walks directly from the accommodation without having to take and other transport. The apartment was clean and spacious and was well kitted out with everything we needed. We will definitely be back in Chamonix and it's unlikely we would look for accommodation elsewhere.
