About your accommodation
The two bedrooms are comfortably furnished, there is a master double bedroom and a small second bedroom with bunk beds, plus a sofa bed in the living area, ensuring flexible sleeping arrangements for up to six people. The apartment also includes a well-sized family bathroom with walk in shower and twin sinks, plus a separate WC. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size oven, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine, making it easy to cook up a storm if you would prefer to eat in.

Le Brevent Apartment is in an excellent location as it is just opposite the Planpraz cable car which takes you up to the Brevent ski area, so you can be first on the lift and get fresh tracks. This apartment is at the top of the hill which leads to the cable car, and so also boasts majestic views of Mont Blanc and Aiguille du Midi. There is a bus stop on the other side of the road for access to the town centre, or Chamonix Centre bus stop at the bottom of the hill for buses throughout the valley. The tourist office and heart of the town centre are just 5 minutes' walk down the hill (5-10 mins on the way back up!), for shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars.

Normal check-in time is from 5pm, if you are arriving after 10pm please let us know in advance.

Normal check-out time is by 10am.
Flexible check-in / check-out times
If these times don’t suit your holiday arrangements, you can book our flexible early check-in / late check-out service (subject to availability). This must be booked with us in advance, and may be subject to a fee of 40€ for apartments and 80€ for chalets so that we can prepare the property in time.
Children
Travel cots & high chairs can be hired through us for 35€ to include bed linen and a towel. You can add this to your booking at the time of booking.
What's included
- One set of bed linen and towels is provided at your accommodation for your stay.
- If you are staying for 2 weeks or more you will have a mid-stay linen change.
- Tourist guest cards will be left in the property for you on arrival to give you discounted travel on the local train and buses and more.
- End of stay cleaning is included at your accommodation, but we do expect you to follow our check out instructions on departure.

I had a wonderful week with my wife and our one-and-a-half-year-old son. The house was impeccable, had everything you needed and was also very well organized for the child. Parking in the structure is very convenient and indoors. The location is fantastic if you rent the house during the winter period because it is in front of the Brevent ski lifts, while in the summer the climb to return home on foot from the center of the village is more uncomfortable, even if absolutely feasible. I highly recommend this place and think we'll be back. The host was very courteous and super responsive.
