Le Beausite Apartment is the perfect Chamonix apartment if you want to be right in the centre of town. This 35sqm Chamonix apartment sleeps 4 people with one twin / double bedroom (zip together beds) and a double sofa bed in the living room. The living room is comfortable with two sofas giving seating for 4, plus a modern kitchen with full size oven & dishwasher. There is a flatscreen TV with French satellite channels & Apple TV. Le Beausite Apartment also benefits from a communal outdoor car park, and a great rooftop outdoor swimming pool in July & August.

Le Beausite Apartment is right in the heart of Chamonix on the pedestrian high street, just at the end of Rue du Docteur Paccard. All the shops, bars & restaurants are right on the doorstep of this Chamonix accommodation, and the Chamonix centre bus stop is less than 100m away for access to ski slopes or summer lift areas.
Good to know
End of stay cleaning & inventory
You must give the apartment back to us in the same condition that it was given to you, so no end of stay cleaning is included. We will come before your departure to carry out an inventory and any damages or extra cleaning time required by our team will be charged to your damage deposit.
What's included
The apartment is supplied with all kitchen crockery etc., and also with duvet and pillows for the bed. Please bring your own bedding.
Damage deposit
1000€ damage deposit payable prior to check in.
Parking
This car park does get busy in high season so you may need to park elsewhere at times.
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is open in July & August.

Summer seasonal rental
- 30% to hold the apartment
- 70% due 21 days before arrival
- The payment terms may alter if the booking is for longer than 3 months
Winter seasonal rental
- 30% to hold the apartment
- 30% due 21 days before arrival
- 40% due by 1st February
As per the cancellation terms from our T&Cs, bookings of 21 nights or more are non-refundable.

Very nice apartment, with everything you need. There is a great double bed and our daughter liked the sofa bed. We really enjoyed the pool and the pool chairs during a very hot July. Great parking for an apartment in the center.

I found the apartment I stopped in to be very pleasant, it was clean tidy and had everything that we needed, personally myself I would rate it at 10/10, personally I can't think of anything that would need improving as I found it to be fine just the way it was.

We had a very nice stay in Apartment Beausite. The apartment is located in the main pedestrian road, so excellent location. The apartment was big enough for 2 adults and 2 children and also had all equipment you need. The only thing that could be changed is that there should be sunbeds available at the pool. But Apartment Beausite had two sun chairs available inside the apartment that we could take to the pool, so that was OK. The pool was very nice to have after a long walk in the mountains. The parking although was not dedicated, so it was not always easy getting a space. We would love to stay in Apartment Beausite again without any hesitation.

The apartment is located in the center. Very clean and warm. Large and bright windows. We were three persons with a daughter- 19 years, and we all have enough space. Many thanks to Kerry, who met us in the morning, many times called us and warried about us and helped buy a ski pass for us. And many thanks to Marcus, who is in the so early morning - 4 a.m.!!! organized a shuttle for us. We will definitely come to the next New Year!

We had a great week in Chamonix! The apartment was airy, light, comfortable and very well equipped. Excellent position in the centre of town with magnificent views from the windows. Swimming pool was a real bonus after a long walk on a hot day!

We had a very pleasant stay in app. Beausite, a comfortable appartement with all necessary facilities, right in the centre of Chamonix. Be aware that in high season, parking your car can be very difficult.

Great location, central to everything in the town and just a very short walk to the ski buses which take you to the lifts. The apartment feels brand new and has everyting you need to have a great holiday, we will be looking forward to coming back again.
