About your accommodation
Located in the highly sought-after Plaine des Praz area of Chamonix valley, close to the Flegere Cable car where you can access the Brévent/Flegere ski area, this chic apartment benefits from a beautiful south facing corner position overlooking the lake. La Cordee 612 Apartment's large balcony is perfect for enjoying the evening sunshine and taking in the panoramic views of Mont Blanc. The open plan living space, with its lounge, dining area and kitchen has large patio doors that open out onto the balcony.
The modern kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. The dining table comfortably seats 6 people with views out of the floor to ceiling windows and the living area comes complete with a 65 inch TV and a full international TV package and access to Netflix. The master bedroom has a double bed and another 65 inch TV, as well as its own ensuite. The second bedroom is also an ensuite and can be made up as a twin or double. The third bedroom can be made up as a twin or double and there is a separate family bathroom. There are two individual fold-out mattresses that can be used for children or teenagers which allows this luxury holiday rental to sleep up to 8 people making it a perfect retreat for larger families. There is a washing machine and dryer and underground parking.

The Residence La Cordee occupies a prime position in the Chamonix valley - easy walking distance of Chamonix town centre, in a peaceful, lakeside location. La Cordee 612 Apartment has a premium spot on the 1st floor corner of the building benefiting from spectacular views over the lake and of Mont Blanc. This apartment in Chamonix is just 5 minutes' drive from the town centre; you can also comfortably walk into Chamonix along the river in about 15 minutes to access all of the shops, restaurants and bars. Flegere is the nearest cable car and at just 5 minutes' drive away. This ski lift makes the Flegere ski area one of the best accessible and most fun in the valley.

Flexible check-in / check-out times
If these times don’t suit your holiday arrangements, you can book our flexible early check-in / late check-out service (subject to availability). This must be booked with us in advance, and may be subject to a fee of 40€ for apartments and 80€ for chalets so that we can prepare the property in time.
Children
Travel cots & high chairs can be hired through us for 35€ to include bed linen and a towel. You can add this to your booking at the time of booking.
What's included
- One set of bed linen and towels is provided at your accommodation for your stay.
- If you are staying for 2 weeks or more you will have a mid-stay linen change.
- Tourist guest cards will be left in the property for you on arrival to give you discounted travel on the local train and buses and more.
- End of stay cleaning is included at your accommodation, but we do expect you to follow our check out instructions on departure.
