Chalet Union
The location of the chalet was misquoted and it was not 5mins from the centre but about 20 mins. The road outside was treacherous and we were in danger of falling every time we left the chalet. The front door can be opened internally and therefore causes a safety risk for young children. There was no safety gate on the stairs and dispute asking this never appeared. The response to queries prior to arrival was very poor. They had even mixed up with the chef on the day he was due to start. When asked how to get to places the rep did not know! The only saving grace was Ryan, the excellent chef, who went out of his way to help. I would not use ChamonixAllYear again

Christmas in Chamonix
The chalet was a wounderful home away from home over the Christmas period. It had everything we needed to settle in and relax as a family of seven. There was enough room for all of us with the four bedrooms, all with ensuites, We enjoyed using the open fire and outdoor spa pool after some good days skiing. The downstairs drying room came in handy for the wet ski gear, together with the full laundry. The chef was fantastic and made great meals for both breakfast and dinner. She was enjoyable and unobtrusive. It was the surprise highlight of the week. The Christmas tree and decorations around the chalet were a nice touch.

Easter holiday in Chamonix
We enjoyed a week at Chalet Union and were well looked after by Amy and Molly. Molly is an outstanding chef who surprised us with 5 delicious meals and was kind enough to cook separate meals at an earlier time for the three children (thanks Molly!) The chalet is modern and clean and the best thing is the hot-tub outside - what a treat! The walk into town should be about 10-15 minutes but we found it took half an hour with small children so bring a pram if yours will still go in one! The free buses are very useful. The transport company used by Chamonix-all-year were excellent and the picked up and dropped off the skiers everyday on time. The airport transfers were also very smooth - thanks Adrian and Steve!

Great caterwd chalet holiday. Best yet!
Thanks to Amy, Molly and the Chamonix All Year team for a fun holiday this year. We loved chalet Union. Great location and facilities. We loved the terrace with hot tub facing Mont Blanc and very comfy chalet with the log fire, UK TV channels and honesty bar idea for nights in. All bedrooms are ensuite which is ideal and lots of hot water too.Catering was of a very high standard. More than you would expect in a catered chalet and our ski guide you organised was great too.10 out 10! Well done. Swe you again next year.

5/5 - "First class service"
From the moment we booked Chalet Union with Chamonix all year nothing was too much trouble, after spending hours trying to find the perfect chalet for me and my family we felt in good hands and nothing was ever too much trouble. When we arrived we were greeted with a warm welcome and the yummiest cake ever after hours of travelling we felt like we were coming to a home from home. The chalet is furnished to a very high standard and has everything you need for a winter ski holiday. Molly was by far the best host we have experienced with an eye for detail in all areas. Location is ideal for a family looking to be in Chamonix and not far from the slopes.

5/5 - My first Ski holiday and Chalet Union made it an excellent trip!
Great food, lovely host (Vicki) and the chalet is beautiful with a great outdoor hot tub.
Transport was always sorted out by the team (Johnny, Ben, Nick and Marcus), who were always super helpful.
All in all, the staff were great at helping us sort our days out and getting the most out of Chamonix.
We miss seeing Deezer, Bear and Ingo!xx

5/5 - Really incredible chalet and fantastic value for the price.
Vickie our host was great, very helpful and a great chef. We were always well looked after, supplied with fabulous homemade cakes and the fire was always roaring.
There is nothing quite like sitting in a hot tob in the snow on a clear day and gazing at Mont Blanc. This is really a truely special chalet and all the team went out of their way to make our trip enjoyable. Couldn't praise it enough.

5/5 - A bunch of friends and I stayed at Chalet union during mid January for a week of Skiing.
On arrival at the airport the "Chamonix All Year" representative was waiting for us and located directly as we exited arrivals which made our lives very easy. As we walked to the bus transfer the rep assisted in carry one of the largest bags we had up the stairway as the lift wasn't working which was very nice of the gent.. This particular rep member was very quite and didn't communicate much with us on two occasions we had him drive us but he was the exception, as every other member of Chamonix All Year was very helpful and friendly.
After travelling to the Chamonix we arrived at the Chalet and were greeted by the Chamonix All year manager Nick and Chalet assistant Vicky who were very welcoming.
As our group was arriving from 3 different countries and didn't arrive together we got three separate transfers which was a great service to us as we didn't have to all wait for the same transfer as it was all under the one booking.
Once all the group had arrived we were shown our rooms and settled in. This was helped by the champagne and nibbles that was laid on by our cook for the week Vicky . After our general brief of the do's and don'ts which is what you expect of any facility we all settled in and relaxed.
The facilities at Chalet Union are wonderful with large comfortable couch and chairs topped off with the large warm fire and underfloor heating.
The rooms are a good size with en-suites in all rooms.Beds are very comfy and clean with nice bathrooms and contemporary feel throughout the entire bedroom.
The hot tub located on the decking at the back of the chalet topped off a each days skiing for the majority of us using it every single day to relax the body and set us up for the next days activity.
The honesty bar stocked with beers, wine, champagne and chocolate is cheaper than most shops in the local area and is well stocked for our convenience more than anything else. All items were priced on the door and you noted each item you consumed in the honesty bar note pad right beside it.
Each day, excluding Thursday which is the drivers day off, we were collected from the front door with our boards and ski's already loaded in the bus and we were dropped to the slope of our choice at the time of our choice which was normally first thing in the morning. We were also driven to Italy on one of the days for a different experience which we enjoyed thoroughly. Each evening we were collected at our organised time and dropped back to the town or chalet at our request.
It is worth noting that our group often asked to stop at banks and pharmacy's etc along with some members of our group changing from ski;s to boards as a change during the middle of the holiday which the drivers and Chamonix All Year company facilitated us without any hesitation and were always helpful.
The food which was prepared for us by Vicky, our cook for the week, was absolutely exceptional. The variety and small touches in the food she produced throughout the week had us asking how each meal had been cooked and noted any tips she gave us to try emulate something vaguely like it on our return home. Personally I ate some food that I haven't eaten in the past and each time it was mouthwatering and delicious. Food was always served when we had requested and had three courses each evening.
After each days skiing we arrived back to the chalet with home baking available for us which had been made daily. A 5 star performance!
On one evening we were taken along to the local comedy show that is only 5 mins walk from the chalet. The place was full and luckily for one of our group we had seats in the front row and he was the centre of the shows jokes. We all really enjoyed it and would go back again without hesitation.
At nights we went to the town for drinks and visited a variety of bars which were always enjoyable and had music playing. On quite nights we all stayed in and enjoyed the comfort of the chalet with the warm fire, comfortable sofa and selection of DVD's that were available.
Town is only ten minutes walk away and is easily accessible day or night with the route being lite by lamp posts the entire way.
During our stay the snow on the slopes was great and with the variety of locations around Chamonix it had everything any skier or boarder could ask for.The scenery on the slopes was beautiful and perfect for some amazing photographs.
All in all we had a wonderful time at Chalet Union and will return again in the future!!

Guys, thank you!

We really liked everything. Chalet, service, hospitality and a desire to help in any issues. Vicky, the best cook, whom we know! We assign her a Russian Michelin star! Once all three! We wish you success and prosperity of your business. Happy to recommend you to all my friends. It was a great vacation! Thank you once again!

From the start until the end the communication with Nick went well. Nick office is next door, means that you can ask for anythings and get it really quickly.
About the chalet! OMG what a chalet, perfect location, all the amenities you will need, really nice garden, amazing view on the Aiguille du midi.
The experience was perfect and I highly recommend Nick to anyone.
Thank you again Nick.

Update from Chamonix All Year: our office has now moved to the centre of Chamonix but our team is still on hand during your stay for information, booking activities and any other support.

The Chalet owners have managed to combine an ultra modern Chalet with a plethora of high quality fixtures and fittings which provide overall a very high standard of facilities, with Chalet which has a lovely homely and very welcoming feel. The design and decor of the Chalet is exceptional and there are lovely touches showing attention to detail and which add to the ambience of the Chalet as a whole. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the high quality showers are indeed very welcome at the end of the day.
