About your accommodation
Chalet des Favrands is a beautiful Chamonix ski chalet sleeping up to 6 people in three bedrooms only 15 minutes to Chamonix centre. The chalet has three double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious lounge and a sauna that are perfect for relaxing after a long day in the mountains. There is a smart TV with free Sky to also access some UK channels. There is a separate dining area with a dining table that seats 6 comfortably and a log fire. The well-equipped kitchen includes dishwasher, fridge freezer, Nespresso coffee machine and a breakfast bar with stools making it a very sociable space in this Chamonix chalet.
The outside space at Chalet des Favrands is a great addition, a large sunny garden, great for families and friends relaxing in the summer sun. The large terrace comes complete with a lounging and dining area and an ideal spot for an evening BBQ and or just to take in the sunshine and the view.

The chalet is in a popular residential area, with some multi-storey apartment blocks close by. Les Pèlerins area also has its own small shopping centre only 600m away, with a great bakery for your morning croissants and small Marché U supermarket. These are provided for your use, stacked outside the chalet, although if they run out you may need to buy your own from the nearest supermarket.
Access Road
Please note the street to access the chalet can be snowy and icy in the winter, so it is strongly advised that you have a good 4x4 car with winter tyres and you may also need to use snow chains too.
Stairs/Restricted head height
Please note the stairs are steep within this chalet and not suitable for people with mobility problems and the upstairs bedrooms have reduced head height as seen in the pictures.

RecommendedChalet des Favrands - The perfect place to stay in Chamonix
This Chalet was the perfect place to stay whilst on our ski holiday in Chamonix. The accommodation is homely, comfortable, and had everything we needed. With comfortable beds and an amazing downstairs bathroom which includes a sauna, it was beyond what was expected. The location of the chalet was ideal. Its a short walk to the city centre where there are lots of amazing restaurants to chose from and also a short walk to the main bus station which provides links to many of the ski locations. All in all, the Chalet des Favrands made our stay in Chamonix all that bit more enjoyable. I couldn't fault it and would highly recommend.

5* - Enjoyed a short stay at Chalet des Favrands. It's a nice, quiet location, but just a 15 minute walk into town. The chalet is warm and welcoming and well laid out also. A sauna is great for coming home to after a cold Winter's day. Cham All Year were friendly, attentive and helpful. Overall, it was a great stay and we'd come back again.
