Lac de Passy

A beach in the mountains? You might not believe it, but you can head down to Lac de Passy for a bit of sunbathing on the beach and swimming in the beautiful, cooling waters of the lake. Just 20 minutes’ drive from Chamonix, Lac de Passy is a haven of water-based fun.

Take a picnic or bbq and soak up the rays for a relaxed day by the water. Other activities near the lake are quad bikes, mini golf and go-karting.
