Rupicapra apartment is a chic 3-bed in central Chamonix. Bright and cosy 3 bedroom duplex right in the centre of Chamonix. The balcony, living room and master bedroom offer sunny views of Mont Blanc which will take your breath away.

Our place is all yours for the duration of your stay and is a quick walk to anywhere in Chamonix centre. Toys, DVDs, international channels and Apple TV all on site. Utility room for stashing / washing / drying all your mountain gear. Well equipped & full sized kitchen.

This bright and modern duplex Rupicapra apartment, with balcony views of Mont Blanc, is located in Chamonix town itself within walking distance of all amenities, just 2 minutes' walk from the Aiguille du Midi cable car and 3 minutes' walk to the main bus stop serving all of the other ski areas. With 3 ensuite bedrooms, this Chamonix rental apartment is a relaxing home from home after a long day's ski or hike. You have numerous restaurants, bars and shops on the doorstep and with a supermarket and spa nearby, it's easy to get comfortable and enjoy your stay. The kitchen has Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher and full size oven, while Rupicapra apartment also offers wifi internet & Apple TV.

The kitchen and dining area of Rupicapra apartment open onto the small private balcony which enjoys a view of Mont Blanc, as does the master bedroom. All bedrooms benefit from underfloor heating and ensuite bathroom access: relax in the master bedroom with its high ceilings, next door the bunk room is bright and airy, and both rooms share a Jack-and-Jill ensuite shower room with WC. The third bedroom has its own ensuite shower room and toilet, and boasts a king size bed under the sloping roof. The Chamonix rental apartment has access to the communal underground car park of Chamonix Sud for one car and a ski locker, as well as ski boot storage in the utility room. The utility room also offers a combined washing machine & tumble dryer.

In the square: Supermarket, organic supermarket, cafés, restaurants, lively bars, ski hire shops, newsagent, pharmacy and more. Within 5 minutes you can be in the heart of Chamonix's pedestrian high street where there is even more choice.

Very close to the bus terminus where you can catch a ride throughout the valley for skiing and summer activities. Easy drive from Geneva airport in 75 minutes.

Ski access: the main bus stop to all the ski areas is a 3 minute walk away. If you’re driving you can use the private car park underneath the building.

Neighbourhood: a young and vibrant area with a wide range of restaurants to suit all tastes and wallets within a short walk. Our local square features trendy cafes and bars, and is opposite the famous Aiguille du Midi lift.

Normal check-in time is from 5pm to 9pm.

Flexible check-in / check-out times
If these times don’t suit your holiday arrangements, you can book our flexible early check-in / late check-out service (subject to availability). This must be booked with us in advance, and may be subject to a fee of €25 for apartments and €50 for chalets so that we can prepare the property in time.

Late check-in after hours
Check-in is possible until midnight, but please try to arrive before 9pm. For those arriving after 9pm there is a 30€ late check-in fee, which must be paid on arrival at your Chamonix Accommodation.

Travel cots & high chairs / booster seats can be hired through us for £35 to include cot mattress, bed linen and a towel. You can add this to your booking at the time of booking.

Pets are unfortunately not allowed at this property.

What's included

  • One set of bed linen and towels is provided at your accommodation for your stay.
  • If you are staying for 2 weeks or more you will have a mid-stay linen change. Mid-stay cleaning can also be added at an extra charge - speak to the Resort Team or book on our Resort Shop.
  • Tourist guest cards will be given to you on arrival to give you free travel on the local train and buses and more.
  • End of stay cleaning is included at your accommodation, but we do expect you to follow our check out instructions on departure. If you prefer you can book an additional cleaning service.

Wifi internet access

The wifi connection for this apartment is not a private connection but one which is shared throughout the building.

Access is provided for one car to the shared underground Chamonix Sud car park. This car park does get busy in high season so you may need to park elsewhere in Chamonix temporarily.

Great summer stay
We made a very last minute booking for a week in the summer in the Alps and from the beginning were impressed with the service from Chamonix All Year. We were able to make the booking and payment almost immediately and received all the information could possibly need prior to our arrival.The apartment itself is excellent and ideal for a family - we were travelling with 2 kids. Apartment is clearly well loved by both the owners and the operators of the apartment and fully equipped with everything you possibly need for your stay. Its very much someone's home as much as an investment property. There is full sized kitchen downstairs and upstairs a good sized living area with the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Apartment is located slap bang in the centre of town, but isn't noisy and offers stunning panoramas of Mont Blanc all day.If we return to Chamonix again, this would definitely be an apartment we would be looking to return to.

Convenient location but a bit noisy at night for a family visit
We stayed for 12 nights in July/Aug. The location is handy for the centre and the shops but on occasion we were woken from noisy people on the streets outside. It was also hot at night but if we had the bedroom window open then the room filled with smoke from people sitting outside smoking below and the airflow brought it into the apartment. One night we could smell marijuana. We didn't feel the apartment was really suited to families. This isn't the fault of the owners and the property was clean and otherwise comfortable.

Quiet Place, near to shops an lifts. Very short way to every thing i Chamonix. Grocery store just outside, bar just outside, Bus just 300 m away. Nice appartment.

Was looking for a place to stay in the center of Chamonix, and this apartment was excellent. Walking distance to everything. Also nice with the parking in the basement since we had a car. Would definitely rent it again.

Very happy with our stay! The apartment is close to the Aiguille du Midi Thelepherique station, Chamonix centre, and grocery store. Apartment was well equipped with kitchen utensils, and everything you would need for a longer stay. Lots of equipment for family travel/baby.

Very accurate description and was very welcomed by the Chamonix All Year team. We had a change of plans and they were very accommodating. The apartment was clean and was well divided for use of space. We were 3 adults (one couple) and found it to be the perfect size. We cooked 2 meals in the kitchen and didn't feel to be missing anything (and there is a good grocery store across the courtyard!). If you are coming to ski, be close to the mountain and want to be able to cook some of your own meals, this place is very good.

Very good location walking distance to the centrer and the main bus station. well managed apartment and the hosts provided us with all the information we needed in connection with Chamonix, they even took care of arranging our ski passes so we would not wait in line in the ticketing office. We have stayed in Rupicapra apartment for 6 nights in January 2015 and enjoyed it very much. The apartment is clean with new furniture. There are everything you might need in the kitchen - plates, glasses of different size, cups, pans etc. Besides when we arrived we discovered sugar, salt, dish washer tablets, olive oil, toilet paper, kitchen towels; little things that do not cost much, but that everyone needs straight upon arrival. We found it very nice and convinient. The beds were nice. Thank you, we had nice holiday!!!

Apartment Rupicapra was a fantastic choice for our 8 night stay in Chamonix. Central location, clean, modern, great kitchen/laundry facilities, each couple had their own bedroom with ensuite. Not the most spacious apartment, but being out all day this wasn't an issue! We found Chamonix All Year to be a very reliable, professional and friendly company to deal with, and will have no hesitation to book through them again.
