Le Paradis 28 Apartment is a beautiful 3 bedroom apartment in one of the best locations in Chamonix. Situated right in the centre of Chamonix, a stone’s throw from all the shops, restaurants, and bars and also the Savoy beginner slope where there is lift access to the Brevent ski area.
This Chamonix apartment has an open plan living room/dining room/kitchen where you can relax after a long day on the mountains. The double master bedroom comes with an ensuite with bath and overhead shower and has a TV and DVD player with a cable for playing from a laptop. There are two spacious twin bedrooms, a family bathroom with bath and overhead shower and a separate WC. Le Paradis 28 Apartment becomes a great home from home and includes a smart TV with french channels, netflix/amazon and WiFi. The living room boasts two very comfortable sofas, one of which is a sofabed, and patio doors leading outside onto the balcony, the dining table seats six and provides diners with stunning Mont Blanc views out the window.
On top of its great location, this perfectly spaced Chamonix apartment has a lovely south facing balcony with table and chairs where you can take in the views of Mont Blanc and the town of Chamonix from this third floor position, perfect for enjoying a relaxing afternoon or an evening apperitif. There is a washing machine, a ski locker and there is parking at a car park across the road however a car is not required here due to its premium location.

Le Paradis 28 Apartment is located in the heart of Chamonix's town centre in a very sought after location. The pedestrianised main street is a stone's throw from the apartment with the nearest supermarket less than 100m away and the Savoy nursery ski slopes are only across the main road, here there is a drag lift which takes you to the Brévent gondola to access the Brévent-Flegere ski area. All other ski areas are easily accessed by bus from one of the main bus stops located 2-3 minutes walk from this Chamonix Paradis apartment. Although this apartment is just off the pedestrian high street of Chamonix and therefore restaurants, shops and bars are practically on your doorstep the road itself is very quiet with no through traffic or nightlife and therefore the apartment itself is very quiet.

Flexible check-in / check-out times
If these times don’t suit your holiday arrangements, you can book our flexible early check-in / late check-out service (subject to availability). This must be booked with us in advance, and may be subject to a fee of 40€ for apartments and 80€ for chalets so that we can prepare the property in time.
Travel cots & high chairs / booster seats can be hired through us for 35€ to include cot mattress, bed linen and a towel. You can add this to your booking at the time of booking.
- One set of bed linen and towels is provided at your accommodation for your stay.
- If you are staying for 2 weeks or more you will have a mid-stay linen change.
- Tourist guest cards will be left in the property for you on arrival to give you free travel on the local train and buses and more.
- End of stay cleaning is included at your accommodation, but we do expect you to follow our check out instructions on departure. If you prefer you can book an additional cleaning service.

Additional Accommodation Details
Pets are unfortunately not allowed at this property.
At the bottom of the Savoy slopes, the brand new (2018) Hotel Folie Douce will be hosting daily après ski sessions in their underground party bunker where the clients of the hotel mix with locals and tourists alike. The fun begins at 4pm and ends at 8pm, making it an ideal early evening pit-stop on your way back to Les Paradis building, especially if you have been skiing the Brevent pistes above.
Paradis 28 Apartment has an access card for parking in the St Michel public car park located opposite the residence. As this is a public car park, it may get busy during peak periods so you may need to park elsewhere in Chamonix.
