About your accommodation
Located in the architecturally listed Majestic building, right in the centre of Chamonix, and a short stroll up to the Brevent lift, Le Majestic 76 Appt is great value for money and ideal for friends or families wanting to be right in the heart of Chamonix. This two bedroom apartment in Chamonix has been recently renovated to include a modern, well-equipped kitchen adjoining the open plan living space and there is a dining table and chairs for 6. The family bathroom is also recently installed, and there are two bedrooms - one with a double bed and the 2nd with adult size bunk beds - plus double sofa bed in the living room. Le Majestic 76 Appt benefits from large windows in the lounge which open out to take in the mountain views facing Brevent. The apartment in Chamonix also has parking access and wifi internet access. “Le Majestic” is the former Grand Hotel built in the early 1900's and in its day frequented by the most renowned political, literary and artistic personalities of that era. The heritage listed building still to this day retains its majestic beauty with stunning architecture, high ceilings, wide corridors and beautiful gardens.

Le Majestic 76 appt is located on the 4th floor of the prestigious "Le Majestic" residence in Chamonix. This accommodation in Chamonix is located only 350m from the Brevent ski area, and 100m from the bus stop for access throughout the valley for skiing and summer activities. The nearest supermarkets are 5-10 minutes away and restaurants and bars are also on the doorstep of Le Majestic 23 appt - within 5 minutes you are in the absolute heart of Chamonix town centre.

Normal check-in time is from 5pm to 9pm.
Normal check-out time is by 10am.
Flexible check-in / check-out times
If these times don’t suit your holiday arrangements, you can book our flexible early check-in / late check-out service (subject to availability). This must be booked with us in advance, and may be subject to a fee of €25 for apartments and €50 for chalets so that we can prepare the property in time.
Late check-in after hours
Check-in is possible until midnight, but please try to arrive before 9pm. For those arriving after 9pm there is a 30€ late check-in fee, which must be paid on arrival at your Chamonix Accommodation.
Travel cots & high chairs / booster seats can be hired through us for £35 to include cot mattress, bed linen and a towel. You can add this to your booking at the time of booking.
Pets are unfortunately not allowed at this property.
Bikes can be stored in the bike storage area within the building
- One set of bed linen and towels is provided at your accommodation for your stay.
- If you are staying for 2 weeks or more you will have a mid-stay linen change. Mid-stay cleaning can also be added at an extra charge - speak to the Resort Team or book on our Resort Shop.
- Tourist guest cards will be given to you on arrival to give you free travel on the local train and buses and more.
- End of stay cleaning is included at your accommodation, but we do expect you to follow our check out instructions on departure. If you prefer you can book an additional cleaning service.

At the bottom of the Savoy slopes, the brand new (2018) Hotel Folie Douce will be hosting daily après ski sessions in their underground party bunker where the clients of the hotel mix with locals and tourists alike. The fun begins at 4pm and ends at 8pm, making it an ideal early evening pit-stop on your way back to the Majestic apartment, especially if you have been skiing the Brevent pistes above.
Additional Accommodation Details
There is access to the communal car park included with your booking, however there is no allocated space for this apartment.
The second bedroom has adult-sized bunk beds, and is a cabin room with no windows.
Unbeatable location, right next to the main ski bus stop, a couple minutes walk up to one set of ski lifts and a couple minutes walk down into town & supermarket. Lovely view up towards Brevent. Very well renovated with a super, well-equipped kitchen and lovely bathroom (with a shower you will never want to get out of). Really great, helpful and responsive service from the management company. Only very minor negatives were the bunk room is very small and no real room for anything other than the beds.

Good all round experience. We like to cook so were pleased to find the kitchen very well stocked with all prep and serving stuff. The building was easy to get to and from for town and skiing. Good heating. Dvd collection and games were great when we didnt want to go out. All round big thumbs up

The global experience was very nice and comfortable. The location is simply great for accessing ski pists by foot or by bus, and for shopping/dining out. All the necessary equipments were there. Master bedroom was reasonably spacious with sufficient storage. Kitchen and bathroom were clean and new. Positive details : very nice shower head, large bed, extra pillows, towels, blankets, numbers of DVDs. You'd hear some kids' uproar from nearby school, which happens few times a day, though, consequently, between 6pm and 8am it's 100% calm. Second bedroom is impressively small, but according to the people who're used to skiing accommodation, it was more than fair. Anyway, my kids loved the bunk beds. We enjoyed very much the stay. Thank you.

We had a great time in Chamonix and staying in this apartment was amazing! Very comfortable, clean and in a great location. It was a modern apartment in a building with lots of character. And very close to the ski lift. I would definitely recommend staying in the apartment and we really enjoyed chamonix too. I would love to go back to both Chamonix and this apartment.
