About your accommodation
The master bedroom, with its patio doors leading out onto the terrace, has an ensuite and can be made as a double or twin bedroom. It has an additional single sofa bed, perfect for parents sharing their room with a child. The second bedroom can also be made up as a twin or a double and there is a further double sofa bed in the living room.
La Cordee 703 Apartment’s east-facing terrace has impressive views of Mont Blanc and Les Drus and enjoys sunshine for most of the day. There is also a south-facing communal terrace overlooking the lake and Mont Blanc which allow you to catch the last of the evening rays. This Chamonix accommodation comes with access to this residence’s luxurious communal areas. There’s an indoor heated indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi to enjoy after a long day in the mountains, there is a sauna and hammam, plus fitness room, climbing wall games room and kids play area. The wellness facilities are open every day from 10:00 to 21:00. A stay at La Cordee is the perfect Chamonix holiday with home comforts combined with luxurious facilities. Location & Map
The Residence La Cordee occupies a prime position in the Chamonix valley - within easy walking distance of Chamonix town centre, in a peaceful, lakeside location. La Cordee 703 Apartment benefits from this position and the spectacular views of Mont Blanc, and is just 5 minutes' drive from the town centre; you can also comfortably walk into Chamonix along the river in about 15 minutes to access all of the shops, restaurants and bars. Flegere is the nearest cable car and at just 5 minutes' drive away. This ski lift, that was new in 2019, makes the Flegere ski area one of the best accessible and most fun in the valley.

Normal check-in time is from 5pm, if you are arriving after 10pm please let us know in advance.

Flexible check-in / check-out times
If these times don’t suit your holiday arrangements, you can book our flexible early check-in / late check-out service (subject to availability). This must be booked with us in advance, and may be subject to a fee of 40€ for apartments and 80€ for chalets so that we can prepare the property in time.
Travel cots & high chairs / booster seats can be hired through us for 35€ to include cot mattress, bed linen and a towel. You can add this to your booking at the time of booking.
- One set of bed linen and towels is provided at your accommodation for your stay.
- If you are staying for 2 weeks or more you will have a mid-stay linen change.
- Tourist guest cards will be left in the property for you on arrival to give you discounted travel on the local train and buses and more.
- End of stay cleaning is included at your accommodation, but we do expect you to follow our check out instructions on departure.

Additional Accommodation Details
Pets: Pets are unfortunately not allowed at this property.
Capacity: There are beds for up to 7 people in La Cordee 703 Apartment, but due to the configuration of the master bedroom, the sofa bed in there can only be used by a child. Note that movement around the room is limited when the sofa bed is open. Therefore the apartment's capacity is for 6 adults maximum, please contact us if you wish to add a seventh person to your booking.
Communal areas: Residence la Cordee enjoys spacious communal areas including a sundeck, reading lounge with fireplace, kids' play area, football table and pool table.
