It sleeps up to 4 people in one cosy bedroom and one mezzanine. The apartment faces south / south-west and benefits from the sun all day long as it shines through the 2 metre high windows which overlook the stunning views of the Mont Blanc range.
There is one double bed in this Chamonix apartment's bedroom, as well as a double bed in the mezzanine. Cocon apartment also has free wifi internet access, an iMac computer that can be used as a DVD player, a breakfast bar and a dining table for 4 people. The bathroom of the apartment in Chamonix includes a shower and a toilet and there is also a separate WC in the utility room with a washing machine. There is a well-equipped modern kitchen which includes microwave and Nespresso coffee machine and you also have access to an allocated outside parking space at the back of the residence.

Getting Around
The Chamonix valley sits at the foot of Mont Blanc in the heart of the French Alps, displaying glaciers and breathtaking views of the snow-capped mountains all around. Pets
Pets are welcome at this property but permission must be obtained in advance and a charge will be applied at time of booking. The additional fee is 45€.
Mezzanine
The mezzanine is not suitable for young children or elderly people. The sofa bed could be used instead upon request.
iMac
There is no TV in the apartment but the iMac computer can be used to watch DVDs or with your personal iTunes or Netflix account.

If you would like early check-in / late check-out please contact us. This is subject to availability and a fee of 50€ for apartments and 90€ for chalets.
Travel cots & high chairs are available for infants for 45€ per stay, this includes a sheet and towel.
- One set of bed linen and towels is provided at your accommodation for your stay.
- If you are staying for 2 weeks or more you will have a mid-stay linen change.
- Tourist guest cards will be left in the property for you on arrival to give you discounted travel on the local train and buses and more.
- End of stay cleaning is included at your accommodation, but we do expect you to follow our check-out instructions on departure.

Visitors to this apartment in Chamonix will love the residence and the quiet of the area, which belies its proximity to the centre.
Please note that if you are driving in winter, you should ensure that your car has snow tyres and snow chains as the road up is quite steep.
