About your accommodation
There are three spacious ensuite bedrooms in this Chamonix apartment, the master bedroom is a double and the other two bedrooms are twins making it ideal for a family or group of friends. All the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, one has a bath and the other two have showers and there is also an additional toilet. The open plan living/dining room has been well designed with a dining table seating 6, large windows over looking the garden and a large L-shaped sofa, big enough for everyone to relax on following a long day on the mountains and there is a TV and DVD player.
The well equipped kitchen comes with full sized oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and wine fridge so you know when your filling your glass it is exactly the right temperature. Outside this Chamonix apartment there is a communal garden, shared with the upstairs apartment, but a private 8 seater hot tub, as apartment 2 has its own hot tub. There is a communal ski and boot room, and in summer there is room for bikes as well as parking outside the chalet.

Location & Map
Chalet des Amis is located in a very sought after area of Chamonix, only 10 minutes walk from the centre but in a popular quiet residential area of the town. The train station and bus stop with access to all the areas in the chamonix valley are only 140m away from this chalet. One of the best bakeries in Chamonix is 300m from the chalet so perfect for morning croissants and there are two small supermarkets within 10 minutes walk. A larger Carrefour supermarket is located at the entrance to Chamonix 5 minutes' drive away.

Normal check-in time is from 5pm to 9pm.

Flexible check-in / check-out times
If these times don’t suit your holiday arrangements, you can book our flexible early check-in / late check-out service (subject to availability). This must be booked with us in advance, and may be subject to a fee of €25 for apartments and €50 for chalets so that we can prepare the property in time.
Late check-in after hours
Check-in is possible until midnight, but please try to arrive before 9pm. For those arriving after 9pm there is a 30€ late check-in fee, which must be paid on arrival at your Chamonix Accommodation.
Travel cots & high chairs / booster seats can be hired through us for £35 to include cot mattress, bed linen and a towel. You can add this to your booking at the time of booking.
Pets are welcome at this property but permission must be obtained in advance and a charge will be applied at time of booking. The additional fee is £30.
- One set of bed linen and towels is provided at your accommodation for your stay.
- If you are staying for 2 weeks or more you will have a mid-stay linen change. Mid-stay cleaning can also be added at an extra charge - speak to the Resort Team or book on our Resort Shop.
- Tourist guest cards will be given to you on arrival to give you free travel on the local train and buses and more.
- End of stay cleaning is included at your accommodation, but we do expect you to follow our check out instructions on departure. If you prefer you can book an additional cleaning service.

Additional Accommodation Details
Please note The chalet has been recently renovated and there is still some ongoing work in the garden, this will not disturb your stay, however you may see tools etc. in the garden for this ongoing work.
The wifi will be fitted in March/April. Because of this there are also no access on the TV to any channels or Netflix etc but you can connect a laptop with an HDMI cable.
Bikes can be stored in the garage, but this will not be available till Summer 2020.
We were one of the first to stay in this very newly built chalet and we were delighted with it. It has everything you need for a comfortable base to explore/ski from. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the kitchen has everything you would want and the host was very responsive - helping us organise ski hire and passes with less than one days notice
