About your accommodation
Balmat Apartment is a superb two bedroom apartment in Chamonix, situated right in the centre of Chamonix only seconds from the main square. The private balcony overlooks a large piazza and the main shopping street, Rue du Docteur Paccard . The apartment is 64sqm and has the benefit of two bathrooms as well as a sofabed in the living room, meaning this apartment in Chamonix can comfortably sleep 4-6 people. Balmat apartment has a well-equipped kitchen as well as wifi internet access, and there is a flat screen smart TV in the living room with internet access. If you wish to bring your own films there is a DVD player in the apartment, and it is also possible to plug in a USB cable or key directly to the TV. This Chamonix apartment also benefits from a ski locker, as well as a underground parking garage which is directly accessed by lift. The apartment has a private parking space in the garage and parking for one car is included in the rental fee.

Balmat apartment is located in the very heart of Chamonix town centre, with the living room and both bedrooms overlooking the main pedestrian high street and a large piazza. No matter what time of day, you're at the heart of the action and the buzzing atmosphere of this year-round town! This Chamonix apartment is only two minutes' walk from the main bus stop which gives you access to all of the ski areas in winter and walking, hiking, biking and much more if you're visiting for a Chamonix summer holiday. The main pedestrian high street - on your doorstep - has a wide choice of bars and restaurants, plus there is a small supermarket around the corner and a larger one less than 5 minutes' walk away at the end of the high street.

Flexible check-in / check-out times
If these times don’t suit your holiday arrangements, you can book our flexible early check-in / late check-out service (subject to availability). This must be booked with us in advance, and may be subject to a fee of 40€ for apartments and 80€ for chalets so that we can prepare the property in time.
Travel cots & high chairs / booster seats can be hired through us for 35€ to include cot mattress, bed linen and a towel. You can add this to your booking at the time of booking.
- One set of bed linen and towels is provided at your accommodation for your stay.
- If you are staying for 2 weeks or more you will have a mid-stay linen change.
- Tourist guest cards will be left in the property for you on arrival to give you free travel on the local train and buses and more.
- End of stay cleaning is included at your accommodation, but we do expect you to follow our check out instructions on departure. If you prefer you can book an additional cleaning service.

Bikes can be stored in the underground parking area on the private parking space allocated to the apartment.
