We have been with Chamonix All Year for nearly 15 years, we bought our apartment Les Pecles back in 2003 and after a couple of years enjoying it to ourselves we realised it was pointless having it sat empty for 48 weeks a year so we approached Nick and Jo to rent it for us. They did an amazing job of getting bookings and helping us pay the mortgage. 

 In 2011 we decided to sell the apartment and buy Chalet Les Brimbelles and after 2 painful years of renovation once again we approached Chamonix All Year to manage and rent it for ourselves. 

 When you renovate your home it is very precious to you, but we have found the team over the years to show the same care and respect for our home as we have. This takes the stress out of renting and having a chalet miles from home.

 We find the team that now manages Chamonix All Year absolutely amazing, Tara and her team clean the chalet and look after it to the level of care that you have with your own home and Lisa and her team manage to get it pretty much fully booked all year round helping us with the stress of covering the mortgage. The maintenance team (Tristan) lets me as an owner know when things need doing to keep it to a high standard and on top of any issues to take the stress out of owning. Fergal and the accounts team also know that I like to keep on top of costs and not have any unexpected bills so are very good at updating me on things that need doing so I can budget. 

Over the years this team have finally allowed me to visit the chalet and feel like it is my holiday rather than having to do work on the chalet whilst we are there. This to me is the most important thing and I would highly recommend the entire team!”

Chamonix All Year have looked after my apartment for 2 years now and we couldn’t be happier. Not just because of the excellent rental that we get every year but more the fact the apartment feels as new as the day we bought it. The apartment is always well looked after with any issues dealt with promptly and efficiently. Also being able to monitor rent and costs via an extranet is invaluable and everything is always transparent.

“The day before the end of term is always frantic for any teacher, and into the mix we received a phone call from my son. “Dad, ‘Blockey’ has found an amazing apartment in Chamonix. There are only two of them left, we’ve got to get the other one! We need to fly out to Cham tomorrow!

“No mention of finance. An understanding Headmaster gave my husband the nod, and dawn the following day found the pair of them at Luton airport bound for Geneva.

“On their return the family coffers were squeezed and raided, stretched and pillaged, and the wonderful Elise managed to find us a French mortgage.

“In spite of being raised in the wilds of Africa, I succumbed to a mild form of panic. Logistics? Who would clean it? I envisaged being phoned in the middle of double maths with 5F, to be told water was pouring down the balcony?….. “Mother, you panic too much!” …my sons attempted to assuage my wildest nightmares.

“Soon after, another phone call from son, “Blockey and I have just had a drink with an amazing girl, who is moving out to Chamonix to manage properties. Mother, she is an answer to your prayers!”

“And, she certainly has been. Eight years of prayers! We were her first two clients.

“We have seen the company grow over the years, and they have maintained the original integrity and ethos with which Jo set out to establish a base in the Chamonix valley. They have been thoroughly reliable throughout, always professional, and have attended to our requests with unfailing good humour and attention to detail. They have lugged a sofa bed weighing a ton up stairs, sorted out plumbing problems, replaced a dishwasher, dealt with a dodgy TV connection, kept an up to date inventory of all our furniture and goods, and driven my sons to and from Geneva airport on innumerable occasions.

“Their services have been updated and an efficient turn around of guests arriving and departing runs like clockwork. Linen is collected and laundered, all part of a scheme that eliminates endless hassles over replacing, tracking and providing high quality bedding and towels regularly.
