Les Trois Balcons apartment is a newly renovated, welcoming Chamonix apartment, perfect for a ski holiday or a summer getaway in the mountains. Situated just a short stroll from the centre of Chamonix, it offers convenient access to all the shops, restaurants, and transport links, making it an excellent base for exploring the valley.
This Chamonix apartment comfortably sleeps up to six people with flexible sleeping arrangements. There are two bedrooms, each featuring a double bed with a single bunk bed above, plus a sofa bed in the living room making it ideal for families or small groups of friends.
The open-plan living area also includes a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, from a full-size oven and hob to a dishwasher, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay, the kitchen island hosts 6 comfortable stools for dining. The living room with its large L-shaped sofa and smart TV ensures plenty of options for evenings indoors after a long day exploring the mountains in the Chamonix Valley.
Les Trois Balcons apartment lives up to its name with three balconies offering breathtaking 270-degree views of the Chamonix valley. Les Trois Balcons apartment is set in a lovely quiet spot very close to the centre of Chamonix. With the main bus station less than 200m away and the Aiguille du Midi only 5 minutes walk away, this Chamonix Apartment is in a great location for exploring the valley. The shops, restaurants and bars in the centre of Chamonix are a 5 minute flat walk and the nearest large supermarkets are less than 5 minutes away by car. or 10 minutes on foot. This ideal location means the apartment is in a peaceful location but with great access into the centre of Chamonix.

Normal check-in time is from 5pm, if you are arriving after 10pm please let us know in advance.

Normal check-out time is by 10am.
Flexible check-in / check-out times
If these times don’t suit your holiday arrangements, you can book our flexible early check-in / late check-out service (subject to availability). This must be booked with us in advance, and may be subject to a fee of 40€ for apartments and 80€ for chalets so that we can prepare the property in time.
Children
Travel cots & high chairs can be hired through us for 35€ to include bed linen and a towel. You can add this to your booking at the time of booking.
What's included
- One set of bed linen and towels is provided at your accommodation for your stay.
- If you are staying for 2 weeks or more you will have a mid-stay linen change.
- Tourist guest cards will be left in the property for you on arrival to give you discounted travel on the local train and buses and more.
- End of stay cleaning is included at your accommodation, but we do expect you to follow our check out instructions on departure.
