Thank you for your review of the Alpine Museum apartment and we are pleased that you felt the apartment was bright and had great views. We value our customer service highly and did offer to send a cleaner to make sure the apartment was re-cleaned but you did not want this. The apartment is centrally located with bars and restaurants close by and is located close to a river, I am sorry if you felt the noise of this was disrupting. There are neighbours who live in the building who do leave their shoes outside their door and we have no control over this although you are not allowed to leave rubbish in the corridor. We hope you enjoyed your stay otherwise and will return to one of our 'out of town' properties which will provide the quietness that you were looking for.

The parking is unallocated so unfortunately there is not always a space in high season, but the public car park is close by. The bar on the other side of the river did have some special events on for the 15th August bank holiday, but we hope this didn't disturb your stay too much. We hope to see you again soon!

We are having works done to the shower at the moment to ensure that it is fixed for the winter season and apologise that we were not able to schedule these between summer bookings in time for your stay. The TV does have the option to watch some programmes in English - sorry if you didn't find these instructions in the info file.
