Les Moulins apartment is accommodation in Chamonix's central and lively nightlife area. Step out of the door for a great choice of bars and restaurants, while local shops, and even more bars and restaurants are just a couple of minutes' walk away. The nearest ski area of Le Savoy / Brevent is just a few minutes' walk too, as well as the bus stop for access to the rest of Chamonix's ski areas. As the bedroom faces the river, it stays mostly quiet despite the central location. (please note car parking area is a few minutes walk away from the apartment)

Normal check-in time is from 5pm to 9pm.
Normal check-out time is by 10am.
Flexible check-in / check-out times
If these times don’t suit your holiday arrangements, you can book our flexible early check-in / late check-out service (subject to availability). This must be booked with us in advance, and may be subject to a fee of €25 for apartments and €50 for chalets so that we can prepare the property in time.
Late check-in after hours
Check-in is possible until midnight, but please try to arrive before 9pm. For those arriving after 9pm there is a 30€ late check-in fee, which must be paid on arrival at your Chamonix Accommodation
Travel cots & high chairs / booster seats can be hired through us for £35 to include cot mattress, bed linen and a towel. You can add this to your booking at the time of booking.
Pets are welcome at this property but permission must be obtained in advance and a charge will be applied at time of booking. The additional fee is £30.
- One set of bed linen and towels is provided at your accommodation for your stay.
- If you are staying for 2 weeks or more you will have a mid-stay linen change. Mid-stay cleaning can also be added at an extra charge - speak to the Resort Team or book on our Resort Shop.
- Tourist guest cards will be given to you on arrival to give you free travel on the local train and buses and more.
- End of stay cleaning is included at your accommodation, but we do expect you to follow our check out instructions on departure. If you prefer you can book an additional cleaning service.

At the bottom of the Savoy slopes, the brand new (2018) Hotel Folie Douce will be hosting daily après ski sessions in their underground party bunker where the clients of the hotel mix with locals and tourists alike. The fun begins at 4pm and ends at 8pm, making it an ideal early evening pit-stop on your way back to Les Moulins apartment, especially if you have been skiing the Brevent pistes above.
Additional Accommodation Details
Les Moulins Apartment has an access card for parking in the St Michel public car park which is a 5 minute walk from the apartment. As this is a public car park, it may get busy during peak periods so you may need to park elsewhere in Chamonix.
This is not provided but can be bought from the nearest supermarkets.
Great location. Small apartment but suited us well as we were a couple with a toddler. If you want a central location and really comfortable place then I'd recommend.

We were delighted with the accommodation. It was a sweet, well equipped apartment and perfectly located. I would suggest directions for use of the washer/dryer would have assisted us but three good heads managed to figure it out. I would highly recommend a stay at Les Moulins regardless of season.

The apartment is ideally located, right in the centre and close to the bus stop meaning access to other ski areas was easy and it wasn't far to walk to find a bar or restaurant. The CAY team were great, just letting us get on with our holiday but providing assistance and recommendations as and when needed. We will definitely be back.
The place was great, loved the location and have no complaints about the apartment apart from perhaps a better oven.... other than that, we had an excellent time and were very impressed with the CAY team also, helpful and not everywhere you looked. The set up for arranging ski passes, ski's and advice for restaurants etc was top notch. Cheers
