About your accommodation
This spacious one bedroom apartment is in a fantastic location opposite the aiguille du midi and 2 minutes walk from the main Chamonix bus station. Sleeping 2 in a double bedroom, La Rosiere apartment is perfect for a couple staying year round in Chamonix. There is a large wardrobe in the bedroom and drawers and another large cupboard next to the kitchen providing plenty of storage.
There is an open plan living-dining room with sofa, dining table and 4 chairs. The newly updated kitchen comes with a 4 ring hob, oven, fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. The bathroom comes with a bath and shower and there is a separate toilet.
This is a great apartment for a couple who are looking to be in the centre of Chamonix with close access to the public transport and bars and restaurants.

La Rosiere apartment in location on the first floor of a Chamonix residence located in the heart of Chamonix, just along from the Aiguille du Midi and the Chamonix bus station.
Bars and restaurants are only a minutes walk away.
Good to know
You must give the apartment back to us in the same condition that it was given to you, so no end of stay cleaning is included. We will come before your departure to carry out an inventory and any damages or extra cleaning time required by our team will be charged to your damage deposit.
What's included
The apartment is supplied with all kitchen crockery etc., and also with duvet and pillows for the bed. Please bring your own bedding.
800 euro damage deposit payable prior to check in.
