About your accommodation
Grand Paradis 11 Apartment is a brand new (2017), stylish apartment close to the town centre, perfect for your Chamonix holidays in winter and summer! This apartment really does have everything you need for relaxing Chamonix holidays, with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and not one, but two balconies, offering panoramic views of the Mont Blanc massif and guaranteeing you can enjoy the sunshine throughout the day.
Grand Paradis 11 Apartment sleeps up to 8 people in 3 bedrooms. The first double bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower and WC, while the second double room can also be made as a twin - offering flexibility to suit your group. The second room also has an ensuite bathroom, with bath, overhead shower and WC. Both double rooms have wardrobes and, more importantly, share the balconies with the living room, so you can step outside from your bedroom and take in those sweeping mountain views. The third bedroom sleeps 4 with a quad bunk set-up, all adult-sized. Opposite this room is the third bathroom with shower and WC.
The spacious open plan living area has a large sofa with plenty of space for everyone, and enjoys access onto both balconies. The dining table has 8 chairs, and the kitchen is well-equipped including a coffee machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave. In good weather, take the party outside and make the most of the large terrace with sun loungers, or partake in some al fresco dining at the outdoor table and 8 chairs.
There is a TV and DVD player in the living room, and Grand Paradis 11 Apartment also has wifi internet access. There is a ski locker with boot warmer for your winter Chamonix holidays, and private underground parking too, as well as a combined washing machine / tumble dryer in the first ensuite bathroom.
One of the best bakeries in Cham is within a stone throws distance of the apartment which also benefits from bicycle storage room in addition to the ski lockers.

Location & Map
Grand Paradis 11 Apartment is in a newly built residence (2017) and is perfect for Chamonix holidays as it's located close to Chamonix town centre. The closest shops, bars and restaurants are an easy 4 minute walk away, and in less than 10 minutes you are in the very heart of Chamonix town centre. For maximum convenience, your nearest bus stop is also the main bus station at Chamonix Sud, only 4 minutes' walk from the apartment. From here, you have easy access to all the ski lifts (or summer lift areas).
You'll really feel part of the Chamonix community when you stay at Grand Paradis 11 Apartment, as one of the balconies overlooks the local school so you can enjoy the buzz of local life while you contemplate the views of Mont Blanc and the sunset lights dancing on the Glacier des Bossons.

Normal check-in time is from 5pm, if you are arriving after 10pm please let us know in advance.
Normal check-out time is by 10am.
Flexible check-in / check-out times
If these times don’t suit your holiday arrangements, you can book our flexible early check-in / late check-out service (subject to availability). This must be booked with us in advance, and may be subject to a fee of 40€ for apartments and 80€ for chalets so that we can prepare the property in time.
Travel cots & high chairs / booster seats can be hired through us for 35€ to include cot mattress, bed linen and a towel. You can add this to your booking at the time of booking.
- One set of bed linen and towels is provided at your accommodation for your stay.
- If you are staying for 2 weeks or more you will have a mid-stay linen change.
- Tourist guest cards will be left in the property for you on arrival to give you free travel on the local train and buses and more.
- End of stay cleaning is included at your accommodation, but we do expect you to follow our check out instructions on departure. If you prefer you can book an additional cleaning service.

Additional Accommodation Details
Pets are unfortunately not allowed at this property.
Bear in mind that the underground parking has restricted height, so we don't recommend coming with a large 4x4 or roof box. If your car is too tall for the car park, our Resort Team can advise on the closest free and payable parking options.
There is a dedicated bike room in the basement of the building, with bike racks where you lock your bike up with your own lock. Alternatively, there is space in the lockable garage spaces for bikes too.
