Francotel apartment is a smart central Chamonix apartment which has two bedrooms (that can be made up as doubles or twins) and sleeps 4-6. The apartment has a good size living space with lounge and dining table seating 6, plus a separate kitchen too and bathroom with bath tub & shower. Francotel apartment is in a great central location for access to Chamonix town centre, only a short walk to the bars, restaurants and shops. The bedrooms are newly decorated to give a luxurious alpine feel, and can be made as king beds or as two single beds, plus there is a double sofa bed in the living room. The main ski bus stop by the bowling alley is only 7 minutes' walk away, or you can walk to the Brevent (Planpraz cable car) in 15 via the road at the back of the building. There are balconies leading off both bedrooms of this Chamonix apartment as well as the lounge, and there is underground parking for one car and a large ski locker / cave. The apartment also benefits from wifi internet access, a dishwasher, washing machine, and TV with DVD player plus CD stereo hifi.

Francotel apartment is situated on the Routes des Pecles, just on the edge of the town centre, within easy reach of all shops, bars and restaurants. The nearest large supermarket is a 15 minute walk or 2 minute drive away, and there is a small convenience store less than 5 minutes away on foot. The main ski bus stop is easily accessible on foot from this Chamonix apartment, just 500m away, or you can access the Brevent ski area directly by walking up to the Planpraz cable car from the back of the building (15 minutes).

Normal check-in time is from 5pm to 9pm.
Normal check-out time is by 10am.
Flexible check-in / check-out times
If these times don’t suit your holiday arrangements, you can book our flexible early check-in / late check-out service (subject to availability). This must be booked with us in advance, and may be subject to a fee of €25 for apartments and €50 for chalets so that we can prepare the property in time.
Late check-in after hours
Check-in is possible until midnight, but please try to arrive before 9pm. For those arriving after 9pm there is a 30€ late check-in fee, which must be paid on arrival at your Chamonix Accommodation.
Travel cots & high chairs / booster seats can be hired through us for £35 to include cot mattress, bed linen and a towel. You can add this to your booking at the time of booking.
We are able to welcome dogs but not cats at this property; permission must be obtained in advance and a charge will be applied at time of booking. The additional fee is £30.
- One set of bed linen and towels is provided at your accommodation for your stay.
- If you are staying for 2 weeks or more you will have a mid-stay linen change. Mid-stay cleaning can also be added at an extra charge - speak to the Resort Team or book on our Resort Shop.
- Tourist guest cards will be given to you on arrival to give you free travel on the local train and buses and more.
- End of stay cleaning is included at your accommodation, but we do expect you to follow our check out instructions on departure. If you prefer you can book an additional cleaning service.

We really enjoyed our first time in Chamonix. The Francotel apartment was ideal for our needs and we had great weather and snow conditions making this a brilliant ski break.

4/5 - “Great chamonix apartment”
This was our first time in Chamonix and we had a great time. The apartment was perfect for our needs, 4 guys on a long skiing weekend. The apartment was clean and well furnished, the bedrooms are on the small side but comfortable, each with access to a balcony (as does the living room/dinning area). There is a good sized ski locker in the entrance hall and the location is a only a shortish walk to the main town with access to the great bar's, restaurants and ski bus / lifts. The Chamonix All Year team did a good job, providing lift passes and ski hire, and sorted out a mix up with passes so when we returned from a night out everything was waiting for us in the apartment. We found the apartment to be good value for money and would definitely return.

A really nice apartment situated in a nice area of Chamonix, only a short walk from the main street, restuarant, bars, shops etc. Friendly town with a nice friendly welcome. Overall excellent holiday.
