21st June: Fête de la musique

Fête de la Musique takes place across France every year on 21st June. Since its launch in 1982 by the French Ministry for Culture, the same ethos has been retained – all events are free and none of the artists taking part are paid. This free event can be experienced spilling out of bars and restaurants, in the streets and squares of Chamonix, where you will hear all types of music. Not to be missed!
