Thank you very much for a great stay in Chamonix/Les Houches. The apartment was as great as described, the stuff very helpful! If something was missing or if we needed something you just need to make a call and everything was sorted out very quickly. We were provided with all kind of information that you might need (about the apartment or ski area).  The information about ski area helped us a lot as we didn’t have a perfect snow and weather conditions!  It was our first ski vacation where we didn’t have to stay in the line to buy ski passes in the first day of our vacation. We booked our ski passes for a very good price with Chamonix All Year online and we didn’t have to do anything else. The passes were in the apartment when we arrived. Thanks for this!  I would for sure come back again and will recommend Chamonix All Year to all my friends that will go to Chamonix for ski holidays. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

We booked for two weeks and had another wonderful family skiing holiday. Our arrival after the long haul from Sydney was marred by the non-arrival of our ski bags. From the moment we were greeted at Geneva Airport, CAY staff swung into action and assisted with the retrieval and delivery of our equipment. The accommodation was exactly as described in the brochure, if anything better than the photographs portrayed. Unfortunately one of our guests suffered a serious injury and CAY staff were extremely courteous and helpful in changing travel arrangements to accommodate their early departure. I recommend CAY as a caring and capable company, they are very good at what they do.

Our ski holiday with Chamonix All Year was perfect! Booking was easy, quick and efficient. When we arrived, we were immediately met at our accommodation to explain everything and Chamonix All Year arranged our ski passes for us that same evening, that was really handy the next morning. We arrived before the check-in time. Chamonix All Year really went out of their way to assist us on our arrival.  We had 8 large cases and stacks of hand luggage which we could leave at their offices while we waited for our flat, which they rushed to get ready for us, and then arranged for transport of the luggage to the flat! We loved our stay! And the town, and the skiing!
