Resort Team
We are looking for a customer-focused team player to join our Resort Team as a Resort Rep. The successful person will have proven experience working in ski tourism and specifically a local knowledge of the Chamonix valley, as well as a positive, problem-solving approach to the challenges of a busy, dynamic, customer service team.
Required skills
- Foreign languages: French required, Spanish / Russian also an advantage
- Flexibility & ability to think on your feet
- Confidence under pressure

- Convincing sales approach
Key responsibilities
Meeting guests when they arrive in Chamonix – providing information about accommodation and our in-resort services (activities, lift passes, airport transfers), as well as expert local knowledge of the resort of Chamonix.
The Resort Rep role will also involve additional responsibilities:
- Assisting with accommodation enquiries and bookings
- Liasing with guests before, during and after their stay in Chamonix
- Booking activities, lift passes and airport transfers
- Property management
- General admin
More information
You will need to have a valid driving licence and use of a car.
We expect the role to be 4-5 days per week for the Winter season.
