Centrally located, rustic but spacious duplex apartment (44sqm) sleeping up to 6 people with use of the double sofabed. Fantastic location for ski access being just 50m from the main ski bus area by the bowling alley in the centre of Chamonix. The apartment is well proportioned with a spacious open plan living space and seating centred around a rustic farmhouse style fireplace. The living room also features a dining table and seating for 6, plus a good size fully fitted kitchen. Also, on the ground floor is separate W/C. Doors from the living room lead outside to a private cozy outdoor area with table and chairs. Upstairs on the first floor are two bedrooms, both with double beds, plus a family bathroom with bath and separate shower. The apartment also benefits from small private terrace, private parking just outside and ski locker.

Also, on your doorstep is the popular Jekyll bar with quiz nights, fantastic food and great entertainment, as well as one of Chamonix's best savoyarde restaurants; L'Impossible, the gourmet restaurant 'A', and the spa hotel Aiglon. You are only a short stroll from shops, supermarket and all amenities.

The apartment forms part of a larger old farmhouse building and is situated close to the centre of Chamonix. The main ski bus stop is 50m away allowing very easy access to the ski slopes. Also, on your doorstep is the popular Jekyll bar, as well as one of Chamonix's best savoyarde restaurants; L'Impossible, the gourmet restaurant 'A', and the spa hotel Aiglon.

5/5 - This is our second stay here this year having stayed in the apartment last year. We purposely rebooked this place as it is in the perfect location for just about everything and the four of us all agreed.
It was in the perfect position for the ski buses which were empty when arriving at the stops which are just a stones throw away. There is a friendly bar that served tasty, value for money food just around the corner and a pizza place across the road from that. Fresh croissants for breakfast are short walk away as is the supermarket - our morning constitutional. It is also walkable from Chambre Neuf in ski boots with skis!
Most evenings we ate out and the centre of town with all the bars and restaurants is a stroll away too, there are several bars along the way (and on the return journey). Michelin stared eating is also only 10 mins or so away if your wallet can handle it.
We will definitely be booking this place again on our next trip to Cham. All of us commented we couldn't have done much better for the price.

Apartment Taverner is the perfect pad for summer and winter fun in Chamonix. Fast internet, close to lifts and trails, close to center of town, amazing deck for chilling outside after long day on the slopes.

5/5 - Fantastic location close to the main bus stop as well as with ample parking for your rental car. Easy walk to the main happening part of Chamonix making apres-ski a snap. The two bedrooms are well-proportioned with very comfortable duvets and sheets. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a proper meal at home. The duplex is very private, having it's own entrance off to the left of the building. We never heard the neighbors. This place definitely added to our trip to Chamonix. Ideal for 4 people.

The Apartment Taverner was an excellent choice and exactly as the website promised! Fantastic location with close proximity to the main bus stop as well as ample parking for our rental car. Easy walk to everything in Chamonix. Full kitchen and comfy beds. Very impressed!

Apartment Taverner was a lovely place to stay for our family skiing holiday. Well equiped with everything we needed and very cosy once we'd got the hang of the log burner. Excellent location for Chamonix Sud bus stop that had buses to all the slopes without changing. Very quiet and only a short walk to restaurants and shops. this was our second ski holiday to Chamonix and we're already looking to return again next year.

No obstante me gustaría decir que el apartamento Taverner está muy bien. Es aconsejable para una familia de 4 miembros. La chica que nos atendió, Flore, fue muy amable y nuestra estancia en Chamonix fue muy agradable.
Sólo veo un inconveniente, y es que no tiene armarios para guardar la ropa, por lo demás todo perfecto.
